Family Tides is a relaxed, comfortable beach house in Vincentia, Jervis Bay. A well-equipped home, with plenty to do and ample space for families. There is a large enclosed outdoor entertaining area and a separate games room with a pool table and foosball table. Ample off-street parking for cars and boats

Great Location & Ideal Family House

Great location with an easy walk to the beach and local shops. The house is bright, with multiple rooms to spread out in, and was in great condition.

Comfortable house in a good location

Plenty of room for a couple of families. Close to the beach and shops. Two fridges were very convenient, kitchen is a bit dated but everything we needed was there and worked. We would stay again :)

Highly recommended - Bliss

The property was just as it was described or even better. The back room with the massive dining table and lounge was THE place to be. We spent all of our time in there. The sun coming in during the day and kept warm by aircon at night saw many laughs, cards and meals together. The pool room was a hit with the kids. Close to shops, beaches etc Hosts were very easy to communicate with. So many additional features. We will be back for sure!

Jervis Bay Trip

Overall the property was just as good if not better than what we expected when we booked. It was spacious, clean and luxurious. The location was great and it was very close to Jervis Bay, Huskisson and St Georges Basin. The facilities were great, the tvs, games, pool table and bbq were all useful. The only thing that would have been nice was the inclusion of towels and tea-towels at the property. It was a bit of an inconvenience while showering and drying dishes. However, despite that the property was great and we'd all love to come back, hopefully soon.

Very good communication, and short stroll to the beach. Flexibility of cancellation.

Floor was dirty (sand, dust, hair and nails). We did vacuum at arrival. Below expectation considering the cleaning fees charges. Bathrooms and kitchen was clean. Photos of spa (out of order) and game room (very dirty and not appealing at all - Full of spider webs, Beer caps and darts still on floor) should be taken out as not usable.
