Cozy living/dining area with a double sofabed, and a large LCD TV. Dining room with seating suitable for up to 6 guests. Fully-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and hardwood floor. Large balcony with wooded views. Private washer/dryer.

BED and BATH
The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a double sofabed in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.

PARKING and AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. Guests at Sunpath can also enjoy use of the common area hot tub and heated outdoor pool.

Nice place to stay in Whistler Village

Easy walk to the gondolas/lifts (the free bus wasn't running) and love the location in the village for restaurants, bars, and shopping. The hot tub and warm pool were perfect after a day on the slopes.

Near the grocery store and may restaurants, but a bit of a hike to the hill. Bench in mudroom was falling off the wall.

Easy walk to the village to shop and eat. Enjoyed the Peak to Peak gondola and the Scandinavian spa. Originally planned to go in Jan but due to COVID reasons management allowed us to reschedule, thankfully. Only minor issue was unit was a little dated and crowded.

Close to the Village

It met our needs in that it was in a convenient location separated from yet close to the village. There is a small pool and hot tub for guests to use. The first three days were disrupted by a loud whining sound coming from the pool heater which is very close to the bedroom window and hence disrupted our sleep. The problem was eventually fixed and the last six days were quiet. The unit itself is quite small and very basically equipped and decorated. This is reflected in the price which was quite reasonable compared to other accommodations in Whistler.

Very dated property in a great location

Sunpath #53 is extremely dated (all original interior). The couch was unusable to sit on since it was so uncomfortable (the cushions sloped forward). The livingroom chair was not much better since it sagged and had no support. The fan in bathroom ran continuously and was very noisy (very old). The shower controls were from the 80s and did not fully turn the shower on (so water pressure was low) or off (so the faucet dripped). The pillows were very very thin and provided no support for sleeping. As a point of reference, over the past 19 winters, we have stayed a total of over 130 days in various Sunpath units.

At the last minute upon my request, I was told to go next to the IGA. Well, there's a lot next to the IGA. We lost an hour finding Whistler resorts on the 3d floor. Not fun. Not really good on your part. Lpts of miscellaneous minor damage was found in the unit. I rate maintenance effort C-.

It has a great communal hot tub in the middle of the complex that is the best part of staying here... Until COVID restrictions changed it.The Strata for this complex has implemented time restrictions for the use of the pool and hot tub that were not communicated during booking. They have limited the time the hot tub is open to 9am-8pm. How a time reduction is helping prevent the spread of COVID-19 is beyond comprehension while also allowing a limited number of people and groups in the Pool/Hot Tub area at one time. Ensure you confirm the current COVID-19 restrictions on the Pool/Hot Tub before you book this great value on a little place in the future.

Plenty of toiletries, towels and the washer and dryer all make for a great stay. A really comfortable apartment. We were visting our son who lives in Whistler so a great base for him to come a vist without having to sit on our hotel bed. Would highly recommend this apartment, would definately use again and the service received was 2nd to none.

Very clean. Good linen & plenty of towels. Washer/drier in the condo very convenient. Some more crockery/serving dishes in kitchen would have been better but nothing to spoil our 11 night stay.

Warm, well sound proofed and with furnishings to a high standard, it was a relaxing stay. The only negative was that the kitchen was starting to show its age.When we arrived we found the pool and hot tub were closed as a builder had brought forward renovation work (really! A builder who started early!) The team went out of their way to get us access to another local pool and spa. They really looked after us.

We had two in the unit and entertained another 3 most nights. Five people is the upper limit for the space. Good location. Close to shops and lifts.Property manager not great. Only needed them once when locked garage key in car (in garage). Phoned at 8:00am but they couldn't help until 3:00pm.Complaints:1. A/V equipment old. No external audio input capabilities in Audio unit. On a positive note, it can play cassettes. 2. Refrigerator compressor is dying and makes a loud noise every 30-60 minutes. Loud enough to disturb sleep.3. Kitchen and bathrooms clean but starting to show age.4. Kitchen not well equipped. In particular, no functioning cork-screw, no measuring cup, not enough large bowls. Hard to cook meals.5. Not enough garbage bags provided. 6. Not enough clothes hangers.
