Havenbrooke offers a lush garden and generous section filled with mature trees, lots of birdlife, some great outdoor living areas, and even a river that flows through the property. Take your pick whether you want to cool off with a dip in the river, or want an alfresco meal under a tree in the garden.

Havenbrooke is cosy and comfortable, made up of an open plan bedroom, living, dining and kitchenette area that opens out on a sheltered sundeck and then onto the garden. When you return from a busy day exploring this wonderful retreat offers Netflix for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Havenbrooke has enough facilities to whip up some quick and easy breakfasts and lunches. But when you're heading out for a good bite to eat at the end of the day, you'll love being only a five-minute drive from Waipapa, or in the other direction, both Kerikeri Inlet and the main Kerikeri township. You're spoilt for choice!

Kerikeri is renowned for its historical significance. Head down to the Rainbow Falls and admire the stunning waterfall, or even take a dip in the swimming hole just a six-minute drive away, or visit the country's oldest building just seven minutes drive away, or stop by Kerikeri central and visit the local cafes and restaurants.

It does provide a fridge, kettle, microwave and hot plates.As the property has direct access to the river, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
