Stay in the heart of Nelson Bay, just a short stroll to the D’Albora Marina, cafés, and boutique shops. This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with secure undercover parking and lift access is the ideal base for your next coastal getaway.

Step inside to a spacious open-plan living area that flows out to not one, but two private balconies – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of bubbles and a cheese plate in the afternoon sun. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, pod coffee machine and Caesarstone benchtops, overlooking a comfortable lounge with leather modular seating, a large flat-screen TV, and WiFi.

Unwind outdoors with a dining setting and sun loungers on the balcony, the perfect spot to soak up the holiday vibe.

The master bedroom offers air conditioning, ensuite, and direct balcony access, while the second bedroom includes a double bed. The main bathroom features a bath for added comfort. For convenience, there’s also an internal laundry with washer and dryer.

Amazing all around. Just don't forget the air conditioners please.

Beautiful unit Great location Very clean. My only complaint is about the Air Conditioners. After a moderate asthema attack and a couple of hours cleaning the filters and ac units everything was dry enough to use later that night. It looked like they had been overlooked since being installed. This is not unusual. I've have seen it many times. This may not be a concern for most but respiratory illness/allergy sufferers can really get flattened by it. Full kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living space, huge balcony, comfortable beds and furniture. Aside from that one gripe everything else including our stay was amazing.

Excellent Location

Great spacious accommodation in the centre of Nelson Bay. Easy walk to everywhere central, being close to restaurants, wharf and shopping. Good security parking. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The owner is always right

This was a spacious unit well located in Nelson Bay. One of few two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms. I wouldn't choose to book through Stayz again though. Very officious and unfriendly correspondence, threatened charges for not taking out our own garbage, not leaving the dishes washed and dried etc yet the place wasn't particularly clean for us. The courtyard was filthy and we couldn't walk outside without traipsing dirt and grime back with us, the soap trays hadn't been cleaned for some time and had other guests' gunge, the fridge had mouldy rubber seals and gunk in the vegetable drawers. There were no doors on the showers so the floors flooded. there were extra pillows in the wardrobe but no pillow covers. We were told there would be basic kitchen supplies but not a single tea bag. A bottle of cooking salt but no pepper or oil etc as promised. Annoying little things that could so easily have been addressed yet full responsibility on the guests. Took the shine off an otherwise lovely weekend.

Top spot

Good location, well equiped, very clean. I would like to see a coffee-maker of some type provided. One complaint, the shower in the onsuite was lacking a door, it was removed to accommodate a handrail, the result being that the floor got wet. In the long run, this water will damage the frame of the vanity unit. Please replace it.
