Featuring one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, one full bathroom and a sleeper sofa, the property comfortably accommodates up to four guests. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space gives you the flexibility you need to make the most of your stay. There's also a private garage parking space, so you don't have to worry about finding parking. This flexible arrangement allows you to easily enjoy quick day trips to nearby destinations like Tybee Island. The garage is accessed via the alleyway, and larger vehicles may find it difficult to make the turn into the space. Mid-size and smaller cars are recommended for easier access.

Guests of Broughton Street Carriage House enjoy access to the heated, resort-style swimming pool located at 19 Silver Avenue on Tybee Island. From March 1st through October 31st, the pool is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. From November 1st through February 28th, the pool is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
