Our home at 8972 Amelia Downs Trail is a spectacular house with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The home has a seating arrangement for up to 11 guests. You can find plenty of convenient amenities and facilities for a relaxing stay at a place as comfortable as your own home.



All the bedrooms have a cozy and relaxing ambiance for a good night''s sleep. You can find comfy beds, cozy pillows, and cozy bedding in all the rooms. There are many common areas where you can socialize with your loved ones. There is scope for unlimited entertainment in the common rooms. The living room has a large flat-screen television and a comfortable seating arrangement. You can also use a loft on the upstairs that features a 65-inch flat-screen television. When you are ready to take the fun to the outside, you can dine on the outdoor patio. The outdoor area has a private swimming pool and heated pool for your recreation. Enjoy plenty of amenities like high-speed internet access, an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, parking, and much more. As it offers an open floor concept, you can enjoy the flow from the living room to the kitchen and the dining room. The kitchen is fully updated with all the appliances and cabinets. You can cook gourmet meals from scratch as the kitchen has everything you might need.



There is an additional charge for heating the pool per day plus tax for a townhome.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
