Nice size. Needing attention. Older home bulky old furniture. Nice that they were all king beds. But the primary bed mattress was very old and had two ditches we slept in. Needed some repairs and most were addressed in a timely manner. Some were not addressed while we werevthere

Nice Place

This house is very nice. Personally I wasn't a fan of the master bedroom. The bed has a broken box spring and destroyed my back. I called this out on day one with the property manager. I had a long enough reservation that they could have let me drop off the last couple weeks and still have time to rebook but the property manger made it clear that wasn't an option and nothing was done to correct the broken bed. Also the bathroom sink is made for someone over 6'2, I'm 5'9 and couldn't wait to leave. Aside from the mater bedroom this house was ok...

Fantastic stay!

We had such an amazing time! The home was so comfortable and we had everything we needed for the week. The pool area was perfect for entertaining our friends and we were even able to host Easter dinner! The management company was so responsive I actually thought they were phone solicitors, lol! Thank you for such a fantastic and relaxing week!

February Stay

This property has been worked on since the hurricane so previous review issues were corrected. We did have an issue with a lock that didn’t hold allowing a group of kids to break in taking $300 + of stuff. Although the lock was fixed, we were not compensated for our lose.

Not very happy

I understand that Florida had a terrible hurricane and my heart goes out to all those affected. I called the rental property 3 weeks prior to make sure the property was ok, I was told it was structurally fine. I rented this property for the lanai and pool. When we arrived I was shocked to see the screens from the lanai were shredded and hanging over the pool. The metal was twisted and broken and hanging over the pool. The pavers had mold all over them . The pool was filthy and had green slime on the bottom and walls. The property manager told me it was still swimmable( not by my standards). The house was clean but very dated. The white couches were filthy with stains. The kitchen counter had masking tape holding the edge on. They definitely need all new linens. The Gas grill outside was falling apart and filthy, also there was no gas in the tank. I’m very disappointed I have used VRBO before and this was the only bad experience I’ve had.

Nice Home. Needs some work.

We had a very good time and pool was great and very clean. House was clean it just needed some work. There was a ceiling leak in the garage and my friend slipped and fell because there was water all over garage floor. The refrigerator did not get cold. We messaged the company about leak but did not hear back . They also did not contact me after I told them my friend took a fall in the garage to see if she was ok. We messaged about the refrigerator and that did not get fixed either. House is old and needs to have some updates. Grounds around house are not kept up at all. The canal was dirty but our boys did catch some fish. Again we had fun and enjoyed our time but would not stay at this location again.

Comfortable home with good space and seating.
