This spacious, sunlit studio in a quiet apartment block is perfect for a weekend getaway, the visiting in-laws, golfing weekend or to lay your head after a friends wedding. Walking distance to cafes and beach, seconds from the direct bus lines both up and down the beaches and minutes from golf courses, this studio is perfectly situated for your visit. When you`re done, relax by the private pool with a drink and your favourite book. Or head out for a leisurely bike ride on one of our bikes.

This studio is well equipped for a comfortable and relaxed stay.
The kitchenette has a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric stove top. All the essential are available (crockery, glasses, cutlery) and the pantry has all the basics including a range of teas and coffee. The double bed is fitted with quality linen and a fluffy doona for a restful nights sleep. The north facing balcony has a lovely leafy outlook and glimpses of the pool below. The bathroom has been tastefully renovated and features a sit down shower and beautiful stone tile features.
The complex has a private pool that you can enjoy, complete with BBQ and deck chairs.
As a Cushie property we provide quality linen and towels, Aurora hair and body products and try to give back by supplying Who Gives a Crap loo paper. In this property we also provide beach towels for your stay.

As a Cushie property you have 24/7 guest support for the duration of your. The level of contact is completely up to you - we can act as a local guide or leave you to discover and fall in love with everything the Northern Beaches have to offer.

This property is perfectly located in Mona Vale. The apartment block is an a quite pocket between Mona Vale village and the beach and literally walking distance to everywhere. Access to the city is easy via the Bline buses. Spend your days exploring the area on one of the many walking tracks, visiting indigenous sites, walking up to Barrenjoey Light House, heading to Narrabeen Lagoon, or visiting one of the many stunning Northern beaches - the options are endless.

The apartment is a 2 minute walk to Pittwater Road which is the main public transport thoroughfare for the beaches.

Lovely place

Nice, quiet, simple self contained studio. Located perfectly between a very short walk to a gorgeous beach and the main road to access shops and buses. Comfortable bed and hot shower.

Very pleasant area nice and quiet. Good car parking excellent bus service. The contact with the owner was excellent the property was good. The pool was very good.

The property is in a great location just a minute or so from picturesque Mona Vale beach. The studio flat has all you need, is comfortable and bright.

Easy to follow instructions. Fantastic communication and the place is wonderful. A minute walk to the beach and coffee. High recommendation.

This is a lovely little place. If you are tall the bed is a bit short, and if you are short good luck with reaching the shelves in the kitchenette lol. The shower head was broken, so hopefully they will get that fixed soon. The location is really peaceful and for the money it is actually good value. Very clean and tidy with everything you need for a short stay.

Lovely location

Great spot close to the beach. Very true to the photographs. The pool was a great asset and we used it often and always had it to ourselves. The kitchenette was well equipped however we only used it for tea and coffee as so many lovely restaurants nearby. We didn't mind not having air conditioning but did use the fan when it got hot and also had the doors open for the breeze. Noticed there were no extractor fans in the unit but also that it wasn't at all mouldy and was extremely clean. The building itself is a little tired but once you get in the room it exceeds expectations and is very quiet and peaceful. Would happily stay again and recommend to single or a couple wanting to a great base to enjoy the wonderful northern beach area.

Beautiful Beach Town

What a lovely little stay by the beach. The unit was well appointed and was plenty big enough for two adults. A very pretty unit with a fabulous deck surrounded by palm trees and a view of the pool. Definitely a little slice of paradise. A short stroll to the beautiful Mona Vale beach. Great place for a swim or just to take in the view. Short stroll into town. We rarely went out to restaurants and enjoyed cooking and hanging out on the deck. An excellent experience. Mona Vale is a lovely laid back little beach town. This unit is so well situated to enjoy everything Mona Vale has to offer. We will be back. M and W

Key Box in dark, unsafe area, after dark needs glasses to read, and a torch to see. Furnishings inside poor and seats unsafe, table not secured.Parking spaces too small, owner pestering us about pool usage (midwinter?) and garbage. No oven at all, just a hotplate, clothes cupboards stunk of BO.Overall we were living in someone else's house with their possessions everywhere. Lighting poor .Bed lumpy and was a retractable bed going into wall. Bottom floor key entry was annoying because doors were self closing and needed manual opening , making baggage carrying twice as bad, as well as 18 steps upstairs. No milk, and only Peppermint teabags. Our worst stay ever in 60 years.

really a nightmare! I booked three nights in February and had the dates changed to March after booking. The property was partially occupied for my dates so I only enjoyed 2 nights having paid for 3. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for the refund of the third night trying to contact the owner without ever having a certain answer.

Would have been great but…

We planned to stay for two nights following a wedding we attended however it was too hot in the studio to stay at all. There was only one fan (not two as listed) and it did little to cool the unit. We tried opening the sliding doors (keeping the fly screens closed) but there was no ocean breeze and not sure there would be much of one given it’s a few blocks away from the beach. We found a few ants in the unit as well (big ones, not the little sugar ones) which was surprising given the studio is on the 1st floor. Overall, this studio was really cute, well appointed and if there was aircon, we would have stayed and explored the the area for a couple of days.
