Sheoak Holiday Home is an Executive Style two story holiday home located on the Esplanade
This popular two story home is extremely well priced and ideal for your Coffin Bay holiday with extended family or friends. Sheoak Holiday Home is perfectly positioned on The Esplanade with big views down the Channel to the Brothers. It is only a few minutes to the boat ramp or Long Beach. The Oyster Walk is just across the road. The home is set well back on the block, providing both privacy and adequate space for multiple boats.
Walk up the stairs and you will immediately feel on holiday. A large open plan living area with an extended deck provides ample space for entertaining and relaxing. There is reverse cycle air conditioner, a TV, DVD and holiday DVDs - and of course beautiful water views. The three upstairs bedrooms are spacious and private.
The fourth bedroom downstairs (external stairs) is for the owner use only, although guests can use the downstairs laundry facilities.
This property is extremely well kitted out with two fridge/freezers and all of the extras needed to enjoy a long stay in the Bay.

Bedroom 3: 2 sets of Single Bunks
Bathroom with separate Toilet
