Master with Queen Bed, 2 Queen Rooms and 1 bdrm with 4 singles (2bunk beds).
Fold out sofa bed in living room (BYO Linen)
5 minute drive to town for shops, cafe's and beach. 1770 Foreshore and Boat Ramp a few kilometers further on from Agnes Water township.

Plenty of room for parking boats and cars.
The property is on tank water, please use water wisely.
3 Bedrooms with airconditioning and in main living room
The perfect set up for extended families to holiday together or groups of friends with holiday memories to grow with.

The Neighborhood:
You are on acreage so please be mindful of wildlife surrounding you. Keep noise levels to minimum with your neighbours as per usual residential laws.

Other Things to Note:
The pool is maintained before and after your stay. Do not touch anything with the pump. Extra charges can occur if this happens. Do not jump in pool with sand over you. Strictly No Glass in the pool.
Please make sure the water does not get below the skimmer box
