Amazing Spring Break Trip

We had the absolute best week here. Loved being on the first floor with our dog. We had a beautiful view and were very close to the beach. It wasn’t a pain the bring all our stuff to the beach. We loved the smaller condo also. There were never any days that we couldn’t find a good spot. For it being Spring Break that was amazing! We cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful

This place was small enough to be cozy yet big enough no one is on top of each other. Theres a wal-mart across the road and the parking was a breeze. The place was beautifully decorated and we had a 15/10 stay. It was quite and very relaxing.

2 Bedroom Beachfront

Furnishings need replaced: couch & beds, and living room needs additional seating. Noise from hallway interrupted our sleep every night. The dryer left lint on our clothes. The flooring in master bath is broken. A icemaker would be a nice addition. Needs TLC. .aNeeUnitneedsome TLC.

Great Location

Great location. Can walk to many restaurants and shopping. Condo nicely decorated with excellent views of the beach pool. The only drawbacks is the one bedroom is very small and it would be nice if the pool some tables or chairs with umbrellas. Still deserving of a 5-star rating.

Fall beach getaway

Great location. Clean and well stocked. Comfortable with great view. The balcony is right at the end of the pool area, so it could be noisy at busy times of the year. But was not too crowded while we were there so it didn’t really bother us. Good communication for any small issues we had.

Lovely Beach stay

The condo was in a great location in Orange Beach and close to everything. The beach was literally steps away and one of the most walkable beaches we’ve ever been to. Ocean view was wonderful and we really appreciated being able to bring our little dog. even though dogs aren’t allowed on the beach. All the dogs we encountered were very well behaved. Communication was great throughout the stay. Overall a very nice experience!

Too noisy

Through no fault of the owner there was renovations going on it the building starting at 7:30 each morning and went all day. The drilling and pounding reverberated throughout the building making it sound like it was as in our unit.

The second bedroom was way too small for 2 adults. I received way to many messages online which made it very confusing. I sent License twice. It kept saying if we had a pet to let them know this and that.It said the money had to be paid when we had already paid it in the very beginning. All of your messages was alful.

Our stay was very clean, comfortable, and their was ample space on the balcony to enjoy the coastline views. A few things that should have been attended to in advance of our stay, was primarily the problem getting the freezer to work properly. It was stated in another review so it isn't just a new issue. We really wanted to use the freezer even if it was just to make our drinks cold with ice. The curtains wouldn't close in the main living area. We told them not to bother fixing them since our stay was not long. Also it would be a tad bit more helpful to have a sign on the building and or a bigger sign at the entrance. We enjoyed having dogs share our space, and happy it was a dog friendly location, although we opted not to bring our dog at the last minute. Again, it was very clean, and super cute and comfortable! The staff was very prompt and helpful.

Labor Day Getaway

We were very pleased with this property. The location in respect to restaurants was wonderful. The beach luckily wasn’t too crowded even with it being Labor Day weekend. The rental company was super easy to contact and even left a recommended list of things to do and places to eat with contact information/addresses regarding all recommended places. Two things I would mention that were minute but worth mentioning for future renters, as said in some reviews, the beds weren’t super comfy. The main bedroom bed was lumpy. The guest bedroom bed was kind of hard honestly. A bed upgrade for each room would be nice. Also, the dishwasher is a little bit different to use than most I’ve seen and some instructions with it would’ve been great. We ended up having to google the model and how to use it. The guest bedroom is pretty small compared to how it looks in pictures but it wasn't a major deal. With all of that being said, this is a property that we would definitely stay at again and a great rental company we would work with again! Really enjoyed our time in OBA at this property.
