We’re glad the A/C, TV, and hot water worked well, and we’re sorry other aspects of your stay fell short. We apologize for the communication difficulties while the owner was traveling, as the phone service arranged for the trip did not work as expected. The bed frames are only a few years old, and the mattresses are protected with mattress pads. We’ve noted your feedback regarding the linens, bathroom cleanliness, and parking code and will ensure these areas receive appropriate attention. The bathroom bench is regularly cleaned, sanitized, and sealed, and no mold has been identified on the bench or ceiling. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure the home is clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for future guests.

Hi Julie, we take the accuracy of our listings seriously, so we include professional photos to give guests a clear picture of the property before booking. We accurately describe this rental as a studio condo. We followed up with the homeowners who wanted to share the following: We're sorry you didn't see the value in our home. This is much more than a motel room. It's in an oceanfront resort with an abundance of indoor and outdoor amenities! The room has a fair size (space for 4 chairs) balcony with an ocean view and a large bathroom. The resort has restaurants and a very convenient location. It has several indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs and 2 lazy rivers. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

The garage is huge and it's just a short walk past one building and provides everyone with secure parking. We have plenty of spaces for loading and unloading as in any parking lot you just get a normal space for your vehicle. Not sure how you would improve that? Hope you enjoyed all the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the new gym the bathrooms that were provided are a newly remodeled entrance hall with beautiful ceramic tile and light fixtures. We have three large newer elevators for your convenience. Any suggestions other than to buy a property and put up another parking garage would be appreciated it.

Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We're sorry to hear you didn't like the traps in place, they are mostly unseen. This is nearly a precaution to prevent pests in the home and we apologize for the inconvenience.

From the owner: "I am sorry about the inconvenience with the laundry room. I know they just took everything out of there, painted it, and put it in new machines. That's why these items were not available to you. I hope you return. I'm sure it will be better next time. Certainly appreciate your business."

Response from owner: "Gosh truly apologize for anything on the floor. We use a very powerful vacuum in that room. We also do every other monthly steam cleanings on the carpet. Carpet was removed a week or so ago we now have beautiful luxury vinyl flooring. Hope you give us another chance."

From the owner: "So sorry your room was not up to expectations. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to have temporary cleaning come in, and they're not always on top of things as they should be. I will take this into account and not have them there again. I'm very much about cleanliness. I wish you had taken pictures to show me. I don't put up with that myself. From the owner: "We updated the mattresses a year ago. We added a stainless steel top table/cabinet to give more surface area. The whole Resort has carpet in the rooms. The carpet is clean and durable. I'm sorry you didn't like it. I hope you enjoyed the Great variety of swimming pools and our two lazy rivers in our beachfront location.
