Great stay.

Great property to stay at. Relaxing in the doc, fishing, kayaking or cooking out. The house had everything we needed. We hope to be back to stay again.

Perfect spot to relax by the water

We were in town for scuba diving lessons. House was in the perfect location for us. Very clean! Kids enjoyed the kayaks.

Clean, cozy cabin on the lake

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this lakehouse. The home was immaculately clean, and the beds were soft and comfortable. We used the kitchen and washer/dryer, all of which were in good working order. My kids loved the paddle boat and had fun boating around the little cove. It's a particularly good location for kids, because the cove is a no-ski/no-wake area, so they can kayak, swim, or paddle boat safely around the area without getting run over by power boats. We would certainly stay at this property again and recommend it to others.

Exactly what we wanted

The house was exactly what we wanted. It was on the lake, we could fish from the back yard on the pier, it had all the amenities we needed for what we were looking for and we loved it!

Great little spot!

We had a great stay!!! Great little house, perfect for a small family. The beds were very comfortable. My husband enjoyed using the kayak on the lake. We’d certainly stay here again.

Thought the water was deeper off the dock but it’s only 3 ft. Smart TVs worked intermittently.

Cool house but not ideal for kids swimming off the dock.

Great house for

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is pretty new and everything inside was planned with vacationers in mind. The pictures represented the house perfectly. The four of us (parents plus 2 high-school/college kids) were very comfortable and had plenty of room (inside and out) to enjoy family time as well as to find our own quiet spots when we wanted. The house is toward the end of the canal so it is very peaceful sitting out on the back porch or on the dock with not much boating traffic. It is also only a few houses from the Ouachita River, so the location was perfect for boating activities. We used the kayaks provided (great sunset activity when the temp was a little cooler), and we brought our own boat. The owner left the key to the neighborhood boat launch's gate for us to use which was very convenient (just a couple minute drive from the house to the launch). We enjoyed having our boat docked in the water for easy access when we wanted to take it out, and we liked that the house was not too far from Lake Ouachita to take our boat out and over there for a day to explore some other scenery (absolutely beautiful). It was also not too far from Hot Springs National Park, Central Avenue bath houses and restaurants, Magic Springs, or Garvan Woodland Gardens. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Beautiful home with everything well stocked!

This cute little house is so cool. The kitchen is the best part! My only advice is to make sure you're familiar with Roku t.v. and it's remote control. Volume buttons are on the side of the remote! Lol! Younger folk who know how to stream tv should have no problem. The owners are very responsive and came right over to help with the t.v. and wifi. We loved the trees and view of the lake. Very peaceful!
