Things of Stone & Wood is a uniquely designed and newly built home. Minimalistic with clean lines and raw textures, the stone & wood jarrah aesthetic gives this coastal abode the ultimate Australiana vibe.

The owner of this home has thoughtfully finished it to a high level, making the home highly functional, whilst maintaining a luxurious & earthy feel.

The home is decked out with all the latest appliances and electronics, including smart TVs with Netflix in the three King bedrooms (with split motorised beds) and in the kids room, which features two trio bunks plus a sofa couch.

In the laundry you will find two washing machines and a heat pump dryer as we know those beach towels will be high in use and need a refresh!

Enter the kitchen and it’s fully equipped with everything you could need to cook a family dinner, complete with a microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, double fridges to store the leftovers and a dishwasher to save you from all the cleaning up!

The main living area has air-conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans and there is also WIFI throughout the home.

For those warmer nights, why not head outside to the fully secured backyard, where the kids can burn off energy while you fire up the BBQ on the expansive jarrah deck?

Sustainability has also been factored in with rainwater tanks providing drinkable filtered rainwater (in the kitchen only). You’ll also find a veggie patch in the front courtyard & between the garages, which guests are welcome to pick fresh herbs for their fresh BBQ Lancelin seafood!

That’s not all… you even have access to your own private garage, kitted out with bikes and kayaks and an outdoor shower and toilet.

Plus, if you’re bringing older children or the grandparents along, they can have their own space in the studio at the front of the home, fully equipped with a Queen bed, ensuite (with an enormous bathtub!), kitchenette & private front courtyard.

You’ll feel like you’re staying at a five-star hotel right here in Lano!

Great house for families

Great house for our family reunion. Big rooms and tv in every room. The studio was very handy for the grandparents and we made use of the extra fridge and oven. Great location, close to shops and the beach.

Outstanding Accommodation!

These premises were fantastic for a large family - well set up with everything you need, including bikes and kayaks. Close to shops, cafes and a short walk to the beach. Could not fault it.

Fantastic holiday spot

The house was absolutely perfect for our family, “toddler friendly inside and out” with enough space for everyone to do their own thing. Thorough explanations throughout the house were so helpful. The location is perfect walking distance to most things around town. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing House

Huge entertaing areas outside and inside. Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Electric beds, smart tvs in every room, WiFi everywhere. I can't say enough about this house.

Family Easter

This house is far superior to what it appears in the online photos! The fixtures are a supreme quality, there is attention to detail for guests, including instructions, labelled doors and cupboards, ample crockery and cutlery, TVs in every room and much much more! The BBQ was clean and the table on the back deck was large and a great place to congregate each afternoon. Location: Great proximity to Back Beach, the bakery, the playground and IGA.The double glazed windows and doors completely blocked out the noise from a party next door (the neighbours did politely warn us)!We had 6 adults, theee teenagers, a 7 year old and a dog four cars and we were sooooo comfortable! I’d highly recommend this place!

Great House

Stayed here for leavers week and had a great time with my friends. The bikes were really handy for getting around Lancelin and the house was much nicer than it looks in the photos. The split king beds were annoying because they didn't stay together and we kept falling down the gap. Wifi signal wasn't great either and could be helped by having the modem not so far from the living areas. Overall great stay though.

There is so much to love about this property. Very spacious and was perfect for our group. Well equipped with everything needed. Close to the shops and park for the kids. We had the best time. Thank you.

Extremely comfortable large family home

We stayed 3 nights with our family and dog. Really well set up property with the extra convenience of the granny flat. Garden was perfect for our dog as it was fully enclosed. Easy walk to beach and shops

Love this place in Lancelin

This property is fantastic with a safe secure yard and room for the grandkids to play safely. It has a lovely patio area with BBQ and pizza oven. The inside is spacious with comfy beds and plenty of room for large groups. Location is good close to shop bakery park and cafe.

Lancelin's Best House!!

Stunning 4 bedroom home with separate Granny Flat (included under the same roof). High quality beds in all rooms, TV's in each room (with Netflix). Large kitchen with two fridges, Alfresco with BBQ, Pizza oven and bar fridge. Large double garage with 10 bikes, kayaks, beach gear etc. Worth every cent to stay at this wonderful home.

Pics don't do it justice!

Such a big, well appointed place to stay. We rented the whole house (incl studio) and it was perfect for our big group. There was literally 2-3 of everything. The pics really don't do the place justice size wise. Plenty of room for big groups. Location is great for beach, park and shops. Would definitely recommend and be back to Stone and Wood
