Large Million Dollar Custom Built Gulf Access Luxury 3 bd/3 ba Pool/Spa Home

Villa Terraza Del Sole is a custom built Gulf access pool/spa home with newly constructed dock and Outdoor Kitchen. This home is oversized at over 2,700 square feet and features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Special touches include large open kitchen with wet bar area, feature fireplace in the Family Room, large private pool with wading area, remote controlled Hot Tub and cable TV on the outdoor lanai deck so you can watch TV whilst enjoying the Florida sunshine!

On stepping through the double-door entrance you will be greeted with the Family Room and Formal Dining area. The area is spacious with plenty of seating for all the family, Cable TV and surround sound. Sliding doors provide views to the pool and spa area.

The Kitchen is spacious with granite worktops and glass mosaic back splash. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. The Kitchen even has its own Wet Bar area for extra counter space when entertaining family and friends. Breakfast seating can be taken at the Breakfast Nook overlooking the pool area or at Kitchen Bar area.

The second Living Room area also has Cable TV so an additional TV viewing area and ideal for families. Large glass sliding doors provide views and access to the private pool and spa area. The Living Room also overlooks the Kitchen and Breakfast Nook, thus providing a very large living and eating space for all the guests.

The Master suite is a calm retreat at the end of the day. Very comfortably furnished with a sumptuous King bed, fine linen and large flat screen HD cable TV. The adjacent huge Master Bathroom completes the feeling of your very own private sanctuary. Continuing the upscale appointments, the Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower, jetted bathtub and his and her basins.

There are 2 further bedrooms on the other side of the home in what is known as a Split Plan bedroom design. This floor plan allows privacy for all guests. There is also a separate Den furnished with a desk and shelving so guests can work remotely and in a quiet calm environment if they so wish.

On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the privately screened free form pool and deck area is oversized with plenty of space and privacy for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! The electrically heated swimming pool also has a cascading hot tub; a great spot for an end of the day cocktail whilst watching the sun go down.

Beautiful home with a great pool/ lanai area. Home was well stocked with everything you need. Great location. The property manager was easily accessible for any questions we had. We were even able to check in a bit earlier since our flight was arriving in the morning. Great overall experience. I highly recommend this property.

Quality time with my sisters

My sisters, my brother in law and I really enjoyed the pool and spa. We are a slow moving group so it was awesome to have a heated pool and spa. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. Location was close to restaurants and groceries.

Everything is well thought out and organized for this house. Neil and Keely put a lot of thought into the house book and labeling everything so there's no confusion. Very clean and basically a home away from home. Would highly recommend.

Amazing House

My family and I have been renting houses every summer for 8 years. This was by far the nicest house we’ve ever stayed in. House was beautiful and the pool was great. My three children absolutely loved it, we stayed for two weeks. Inside the house, had everything you could think of. The kitchen had everything you would have at home plus some. If we are ever back in Cape Coral we will definitely stay here again.

Great house!

This house was everything that we expected. LOVED that they had a beach cart, body boards, and beach toys! Pool and hot tub were fabulous and the best part…the houses layout! Would love to know who the builder was! Great experience with management company!

Beautiful home

My sister and I come to Cape Coral every year. Our Mom used to live there and it is like a second home to us. This property is in a wonderful neighborhood and we enjoyed the house and pool. Keely the host was very responsive and always responded back right away! Thank you!

Amazing House in Cape Coral 10/10

I can't say enough good things about Villa Terraza. House was immaculate, modern, clean, accurate. We spent the whole week there just lounging in the pool and hot tub. Kitchen was outfitted very well. Top of the line pots and pans. Plenty of plates, cups, wine glasses, spice, etc. Detergent (Tide!) and fabric softener provided. Plenty of trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap. Pool was very clean. Hot tub was amazing. The lanai was very outfitted too. The one the best parts of the house were the two living room areas to watch TV. The reclining couch was amazing. Plenty of space for everyone. I also loved the fact that the electronics, light switches, etc. were labeled. The notebook for the house was very informative. There was also a guide book for what to do in Cape Coral. Publix was only 2 miles away. Garage was clean and plenty of items for the beach. Book this house. You won't regret it. Can't wait to visit again. 10/10

Super comfy

This home is very comfy and has plenty of seating. Only thing I didn’t likeb was the loud buzzers on the back doors every time you go In and out. I get why they have them but if you don’t remember to push the button the buzzer goes off every time. This house had everything we needed. Lots of good kitchen utensils and they even provide detergent. Would stay there again for sure

Gem in Cape Coral

This property had all you could need for a lovely getaway. The kitchen was very well appointed. The laundry was large with tons of storage. Each bedroom, one king and two queens, had their own bathroom with either a large shower or a tub/shower combination. Each bedroom had a television as well. There were two seating areas with large screen televisions. The pool with spa was enclosed in a large lanai with plenty of seating, an outdoor dining area, additional refrigerator, gas grill, and television. Inside there was a dining room and a kitchen dining area. The whole home was spacious and beautifully decorated. We also had use of the two car garage. We have already reserved this home for next year!

Absolutely stunning home

Pictures don't do this home justice! Just a stunning beautiful home! Has everything you need for a perfect stay! We stayed over Christmas, which had a few cold days this year, so we utilized the hot tub quite a bit. When it did warm up, we sat out on the dock to get the perfect area for sun. Thank you for wonderful memories with our family!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

This property was even nicer than the photos! Plenty of room for my family of 4 and the in-laws as well. The home is beautiful and the pool and hot tub is where we spent a majority of our time (the kids could not get enough of the pool!) We would absolutely recommend this property and wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

Absolutely gorgeous home!

Awesome!!! The house was very clean, well stocked with all your needs and decorated beautifully. The mornings were amazing having coffee on the lanai and watching the sun come up over the canal. We were very pleased with our stay. We hated to leave when our week was over. Enjoyed every minute!!!

Awesome house and neighborhood

House is beautiful. Pool and spa are nice with the patio and Bluetooth speakers. Boat dock was just put it. Master bathroom was beautiful. Kitchen was nice and wide open. Churchill properties was awesome for response time and helping us find our daughters toy that was left behind. Only downfall to the house was the water never got HOT, warm enough to shower but never HOT. Still loved it enough to book it again for the next year, however when we went back.... there was a minimum stay of 12 days and the price more than doubled. Needless to say everyone was very disappointed

Villa Terrazza

This property is even better than the pictures. Beautiful home. The lanai area is great, we were outside all the time. Quiet neighborhood, nice area to walk or bike. Quiet canal. It is quite a long ride to get out to the river by boat, but dont let that stop you from enjoying this wonderful place, there are beautiful houses to see along the way. We will definitely be back.

Best home I have rented!

This home was amazing!! It’s beautiful, the location was great, very clean and well stocked with all the things needed for a beach visit. We would 1000% rent this home again in the future.
