Meadows at EagleRidge Sheffield II is not only one of our newest listings, but one of our most modern and luxurious. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is ideally situated along Burgess Creek, only two blocks from the gondola/base area and the perfect Steamboat vacation rental for you. You are close enough to walk on a paved path to skiing in the winter and the Steamboat ‘beach’ in the summer, as well as restaurants, pubs and shopping year-round. You also have the convenience of free shuttle service to the mountain, town, restaurants and pubs in the winter and are located across the street from a YEAR-ROUND free bus stop to the mountain, town, grocery stores and more.



The unit itself features a fabulous, updated open living area with magnificent artwork and large windows providing superb mountain views and sensational natural light. You will have no problem relaxing at Meadows at EagleRidge Sheffield II with ample, comfortable seating options including a sofa and three club chairs. Take in the views, watch a game, movie or show on the large flat screen smart TV or just warm up in front of the alluring gas fireplace.



The beautifully designed, fully stocked kitchen features stainless Appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry and everything you will need to cook a meal from small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils and more.



Dining options include a great, wooden table, seating for eight with the spectacular mountain views off of the kitchen and counter seating for four.

The bedrooms also offer views, face the creek and provide soothing sounds when you open the windows.



One master suite includes a king bed with a flat screen TV, lots of drawers, a walk in closet and its own remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower.



The second master suite includes a queen bed with a flat screen tv, lots of drawers, a walk in closet and its own remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combo shower.



Both master suites offer workstations. Combined with Xfintity High Speed WiFi, it is ideal for your remote working needs.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed with two full beds, flat screen tv, a walk in closet and its own covered balcony with mountain views. There is a Weber gas grill on the balcony.



The third full bathroom is in the hallway, also remodeled and has a walk in shower.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.



Meadows at EagleRidge Sheffield II offers central air conditioning, extremely rare in Steamboat.



Meadows at EagleRidge has great property amenities including a YEAR-ROUND outdoor heated pool, and hot tub, a BBQ area, fitness center and free shuttle services (winter only) to take guests to the ski area, shopping, dining and other area activities. You have your own locked ski locker and one parking space in the heated garage. Limited guest parking available on a 1st come 1st serve basis. There is an elevator that takes you from the garage to the unit.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.



Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.



Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Easy access to ski mountain with either Vacasa shuttle or public transit. Very spacious and clean unit—-loved having 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen very well equipped. Bonus with boot dryers in all bedrooms and a ski locker on first floor. Definitely would come back to this property.

We stayed at this home in Steamboat last weekend. The house itself was fine, nothing special. It’s a pretty basic setup with inexpensive linens and standard furnishings. It worked for what we needed.The biggest issue was the management company. I asked several clear questions prior to arrival and never received direct answers, which led to unexpected expenses during our stay. When I followed up and even sent screenshots showing my unanswered questions, they responded in a way that felt dismissive and honestly pretty rude. It was frustrating to be made to feel like I had somehow missed information that was never actually provided. The customer experience was disappointing from start to finish.We also ran into a major issue with the water. After a day on the slopes, the house ran out of water entirely, not just hot water. We called the management company for help and never got an answer or a return call, which was especially frustrating in the moment.One other thing to note is that they don’t offer a shuttle service, which many other Steamboat management companies do. You’re directed to use the free city bus. It works, but it’s not the most convenient option if you’re trying to get into town easily.Overall, the house was adequate, but the lack of support and poor communication from management made the stay far more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t book through this company again.

Beautiful property. Unit was high end furnished and stocked with more items in kitchen and laundry than most. Loved black out blinds but still lots of windows to let light in. We definitely would stay there again if we ever go back to Steamboat.

Cozy Getaway

We recently stayed at this property for a winter trip with friends and had a fabulous time. The property was pristine, spacious and had everything we might need. The beautiful views from the living room were a treat to wake to every morning as we enjoyed our coffee while watching the snow fall. Our only complaint was that the bunks in the 3rd room were a bit wobbly, but the courteous host team that reached out throughout the stay reassured us that they would have maintenance take a look. This property is one we would look forward to staying at again and would happily recommend to others.

Nice lodging

Our family of 4 adults and 3 children stayed in this unit for a brief vacation. Check-in was easy and the unit was clean and as expected. It fulfilled our needs, with a furnished kitchen (including items such as spices and coffee), plenty of towels, and pleasant furnishings. The garage is a bit tricky as it is a manual ball attached to a rope that you need to pull when exiting the garage. The pool and hot tub were closed during our visit.

Great Condo

Great location and lots of space. Ten minute walk to the gondola. Pictures online need updating. Condo had a nice new big sectional couch and bunk beds are a nice wood frame with 2 full beds. Beds were all extremely comfy. Picked this location also for the air conditioning since it was summer and Steamboat does get hot. AC worked great. Kitchen had everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend ski trip

We had a great time stying at the Sheffield II. Plenty of space for our party of 8. Beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, stocked and ready to use. The ski shuttle picked up and dropped off right outside our door. The only downfall was that we had a few different cars as we were a group of extended family all coming from different areas. The garage was great for our use with the parking pass, but parking for the other cars was very tricky.

Great 3BR condo anytime of th eyear

Sheffield II was a perfect condo for a few day rental. A/C was needed and worked well which is a rare find for mid summer stay. Only negative was a very very pushy / questioning security guard that followed me to the rental front door even after I showed him the entry codes etc. I get having security, but this was a bit much riding up the elevator with me & watching me enter the unit. Oh well, place is secure. The unit was itself was 5 stars, security guard kinda rained on the parade.

Great condo, trouble with parking

Condo very nice. 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths perfect for our family. Would have given 5 stars but covered parking a mess. We were told to park in a specific space yet every night someone was in our spot and mgt. had no way to fix problem. Other than parking, condo was great

Clean but that’s it.

1. Upon arrival, the door was unlocked and open (key bolt on deadbolt was keeping door open?). 2.The ski locker was locked with no key available. Mgmt. could not find key and suggested we keep ski equipment in garage because it was secure entry? Car’s coming and going was not secure. Kept equipment in our car overnight. 3. Ask mgmt. about thermostat operation with no response? 4. Elevator shut off on last day with no notice from mgmt. until I called to ask why off. Up and down 3 flights of stairs. 5. Told by mgmt. there was reserved parking. No reserved parking, but able to park. Garage was dirty and exit was by pulling on a tennis ball hanging from the ceiling??? 6. Overall, clean but mgmt. had weak responses to issues. 7. Condo and building remind me of the 90’s. Could use update.

Great condo!

Four adults and two boys easily stayed in this condo! We had everything we needed to cook the nights we did. The grill worked well. The washer and drier required two runs to get dry but once we figured that out it was fine. The location is perfect for skiing and the shuttle was great to ski and get downtown. Never moved our truck! Outdoor parking was tight and our only option with a 1 ton truck but we got a spot and never had to move. Great condo!

Steamboat Stay

We had a very good experience staying at Sheffield II in Steamboat. The unit has been recently updated, was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The view from the living room is amazing! The shuttle service to and from the base of the ski area was excellent as we never waited more than a few minutes. Parking was limited for the first two days, but with the shuttle service to the mountain, and to town, one could really get by without a vehicle.

Perfect 3B condo for family of five during busy vacation week at end of year. Convenient location with great shuttle service. Highly recommend - we used the well maintained hot tub/heated pool area every day after the slopes.

Great Place for a Girls Weekend

Great condo. Exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The high-speed Internet access was great and we were able to stream movies without a hitch. There were plenty of towels which was nice unlike some places that only leave you with one towel and one washcloth for each person. The beds were REALLY comfortable. The garage parking was a nice perk. It was only a short drive to downtown Steamboat. We had one small issue with a smoke detector but the maintenance crew responded to my call literally within two minutes and it was quickly taken care of so it was no inconvenience to us at all. I would recommend this condo as well as the iTrip management company.
