Come and relax at the lovely coastal retreat called The Beachwalk! This stylish Low Country 2 bed, 2 bath Villa is located in Shipyard and is the closest complex to the Beach Club & all the amenities the resort has to offer. Walk or ride your bikes to the beach, Van de Meer Tennis, or the Sonesta Hotel. Adventure out, by car or bike and explore the south end (Coligny Beach area) and Shelter Cove where you will find fun restaurants and endless shopping.

You will enjoy every thoughtful detail of The Beachwalk from the pretty décor to the calming colors. The one level, open concept living/ dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Dine inside or out on the elevated deck overlooking the lagoon and tree tops. A large, well equipped kitchen with counter seating offers the perfect spot for cooking when not out experiencing the Island's fantastic cuisine. Both bedrooms are spacious and inviting. The master suite has a king bed with private bath. The guest bedroom has two full sized beds offering plenty of space for additional guests.



Whether it is a family vacation, a golf or tennis getaway or an event at the nearby Sonesta, The Beachwalk is the perfect spot to call your vacation home and will have you returning year after year!

All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your favorite beach and pool towels.



A starter kit of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion can be found in each bathroom. In addition, we include a starter kit with laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and sponge for the kitchen. If you are staying for more than a few days you will need more of these items.



One Shipyard parking pass is included in your reservation and an additional parking pass may be purchased in advance for $35.00. One Beach Parking pass provided (April 15th-September 15th) per reservation. The Beach Club and Beach are minutes away. The Beach Parking pass provides for one parking space at one of the Beach Club parking areas and a free trolley to take you to the beach.



POOL:This property is approx. 150 yards to the pool. **Please note, this pool is NOT heated.

SHIPYARD is on over 800 acres and is located on the south end of Hilton Head Island. The recreational facilities include 27 holes of Golf and 20 Tennis Courts, Jogging and Biking trails, Health Spa and the beautiful Beach!



Van Der Meer Tennis- Named as one of the top 50 US Tennis Resorts by Tennis Magazine. Van Der Meer Tennis, conveniently located in Shipyard offers clinics and daily programs for all ages and hosts many tournaments annually.



Shipyard Golf-Nestled within Hilton Head’s natural setting of majestic Carolina pine trees, flowering magnolias and moss draped oaks, Shipyard Golf Club’s 27-holes offer some of the most spectacular golf views imaginable. Two of the three inter-connecting nines are combined for a unique 18-hole round. The original Clipper and Galleon courses create an exciting combination of long fairways and perilous hazards, while the Brigantine course winds its way around lagoons and breathtaking terrain. Shipyard Golf Club was rated one of the finest layouts on the Champions Tour.

Great Location

We love staying at shipyard. Very clean and everything that we needed. The only issue we had was with the refrigerator. This has happened a few times though at other places. I think when they are empty the temp settings get messed up. We adjusted the settings, and it started running normally. Overall, we would stay here again.

The condo is very nice on the inside! Beautiful, comfortable furniture. Kitchen is well equipped. The stairs leading up to the condo were steep for older folks. An additional handrail would be very helpful.

Felt Like Home

This unit was extremely comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. There were amenities provided that consider people can't bring everything when they travel--extra hangers, comfy throw blankets, iron/ironing board, and access to a vacuum. (We had an extended stay so we appreciated being able to easily clean up.) The location is quiet and about .4 mile walk to the beach. The management company (itrip) provided incredible, prompt service to answer questions and to replace a smoke alarm battery. Our stay was exactly what we needed--a relaxing vacation in a friendly location with the comforts of home.

Great stay

This was our second time at this condo. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The walk to the beach and pool is easy. We had an issue with the dishwasher leaking but it was handled right away without issue. We will always look here first when we come back to Hilton Head.

Spacious and Remodeled Unit

Property was accurate as listed online. A TV is needed in 2nd bedroom. My grandson was disappointed because he likes to watch cartoons at night.

Beautiful Accomodations

We enjoyed our stay at The Beachwalk. The condo was immaculate and very spacious. The condo was supplied with all the pots and pans, dishes, and glasses we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms and bedrooms had ample storage for our personal belongings. The beach is about a 10-minute easy walk from the condo and is located within a short driving distance of shopping and restaurants. We hope next time we visit HHI we will be able to stay at The Beachwalk!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay in this condo. Very clean and well appointed furnishings. Plenty of bath towels which was nice because often that is not the case. I have nothing bad to say about this place. My only critique is for the rental description on VRBO. I wish the description (or rental agreement paperwork) had listed things available at the condo for use because it would have made my packing a whole lot easier. There were several beach chairs, small coolers and in the outside storage I think it looked like there was a wagon to transport things, and maybe an umbrella. I can't confirm that as I had packed all my own. But packing was a tight squeeze to get all of that in, so it would be a really nice service if those things could be listed on the rental description for guest use.

Very clean and maintained

It was about 1/2 mile to beach, but scenery was beautiful so I didn’t mind it. Clean floors which is a must. The only negative is trash location needs to be redesigned. Concept of trash disposal very much blended in with landscape, but design needs some work. Overall - great property!!!

Cozy paradise

We had such an amazing time staying here! We enjoyed walking to the beach (down the road!), even walking to the pool! Check in was smooth and easy. Everything was beautiful and well detailed. ZERO complaints, definitelt saving this one! BONUS: Not too far from harbour town, horseback riding etc. Very close to yummy restaurants such as Cowboy brazilian steakhouse. Plenty of bike paths/walking paths.

Hilton Head family getaway

Property was as listed. Convenient location with easy access to pool and beach. Good location for restaurants and shopping too. Easy to rent beach umbrella and chairs on the beach. Villa provides some beach equipment and chairs too, though we didn’t need them. Walkways for running, biking and walking were great. No fitness center, in case that matters to you, but wasn’t needed due to the walkways. Villa was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Nicely stocked kitchen. Office staff was easy to communicate with and informative. We had a nice family getaway.

Great space

Centrally located

The property is centrally located. It was nice to drop off family at the beach access and park near there although parking is limited. Enjoyed our stay. The property provided everything we needed for a smooth stay.

Great family Villa

The villa at Beachwalk was clean and everything looked new. The heated bathroom floors were a nice added touch. The location of the property is close to restaurants and stores. The villa is a 10 min walk to the beach, and less than 5 min walk to the pool. Great bike trail along the property. Plenty to do. My only minus was not being able to check in until 5p, but we were still able to hit the beach that first day. We enjoyed it!

Family vacation

Property as accurately listed. Very clean and comfortable for our family vacation with two adult children. Kitchen was adequately stocked with pots/pans utensils for cooking/grilling some easy meals. Convenient location to access the beach (1/4 mile walk or bike ride). Property Location on the island is great as well. Close to many great restaurants and shops.

This condo was lovely. It was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The setting of the unit feels like you are in the middle of nature. You are a short walk to the beach. I walked every day to the beach and then on the beach to get my coffee in Coligny. The unit had everything one would need or want. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!!

Our Favorite Place

We had a wonderful stay! This was probably one of the best properties we have ever stayed! It was super clean and it had everything we needed. There was also plenty of room for us to spread out, and the closet, drawer and cabinet space was much more than we expected. The walking paths were gorgeous and the beach was beautiful. We miss it already!
