Located in a quiet residential area the fully furnished top floor apartment has floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views of the city and hills. Boasting a huge 200sqm of space including two oversized Bedrooms, two Bathrooms, laundry and kitchen facilities, TV, dining room and a study zone area all with polished concrete floors.
Entry is via a steep external staircase with a private entry terrace, this makes this apartment not suitable for children under 12, or people who find stairs difficult.
Strictly No Parties, No Loud Music, No Smoking and No unregistered guests.

•Main bedroom - Large 29sqm room with King size bed, floor to ceiling windows, block-out blinds, luxurious en-suite with large deep soak tub, double walk-in rain shower and spacious walk-in robe. Linen and towels included.
•Second Bedroom - 20sqm room, 2 x king single beds, block-out blinds, walk-in robe and semi en-suite. Linen and towels included.
•Premium kitchen appliances including full size integrated fridge/freezer, convection grill microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, BBQ on outdoor terrace. Small appliances - induction hot plate, toaster, kettle, frypan, air fryer, rice cooker and Nespresso machine. All dishware.
•Dining area with city and hill views seats four people.
•On-site laundry facilities in semi ensuite. Washing machine and private outdoor clothes line on terrace.
•Study space with High-speed broadband 215mbps Wi-Fi included.
•55” TV with Google Chromecast.
•Fully Ducted Air Conditioning – Wall panel for guests to adjust temperature.
•24 hour Key direct access for late arrivals & outdoor security lights.
Owners live on-site in the ground floor apartment & happy to assist.
•Off road parking on west/right hand side of driveway.
•Quiet residential area.
•Extremely competitive rates. Discounts for long extended stays and repeat guest bookings. (Long tenancies welcome)

Rules - Strictly No Parties, No loud music. No smoking, No Extra Visitors arriving or departing between10pm-6am unless requested prior with owner. Air conditioner to be turned off when no guests occupying the apartment.

Spacious, well presented with amazing views and all the facilities we needed. We especially enjoyed the board games with close proximity to the park and shops. The host was very responsive to our queries and was even able to accommodate a request for a cricket set! Would definitely stay again.

Bigger space than expected, great views.

Perfect but need to have control of air con while there. I'm not well and needed the cooling particularly in 36C heat.

Ardross Apt

The apartment was very very spacious and all living areas and kitchen were very clean. There is plenty of drawer space and hanging space and all the basic things such as hand soap, washing up liquids, cleaning fluids et cetera were available. A very nice touch was some frothy coffee sachets for our use. The fridge plus freezer were of adequate size and the washing machine did a good job of cleaning our clothes. The only downside was the steps leading up to the apartment and no paper towel in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, as were the seats. One thing we found difficult to master were the taps in the kitchen, bathrooms and showers, particularly the one beside the spacious bath. Otherwise all was well and we would definitely stay again.

The property was well maintained and close to amenities. Lots of green space for walking and a short commute to the CBD of Perth. The property owner was quick to respond to any inquiry. Would definitely stay again.

Lived up to all expectations.

A lovely living space with the floor to ceiling glass panels in the living room giving us great views and the sense of being up there with the birds and the occasional clouds. The hosts had thought of everything, including some thoughtful extra touches. We very much enjoyed staying here.

Excellent Location

We found this Ardross property to be in such a great location. It suited all the activities we had planned and made our stay very easy. Some good eating places in close proximity. Property manager John was very helpful.

Excellent property

This was a short business trip from U.K. The property was excellent, very well located & in beautiful condition. Decent speed wi-fi also. Would definitely request to use it again on next trip. Only one very small issue - we would normally be in Perth for 2 - 3 weeks & it would be beneficial to have a laundry dryer in the apartment.

Amazing place perfect location
