Welcome to 21 Corcoran Avenue, this holiday home is modern and a near new home with stunning views of Goolwa Beach. This two storey home has a spacious floor plan which the whole family will love. Even better this home is situated within walking distance to Goolwa Beach where you can swim, body board, surf, go for a walk or fishing!

Formal living area. With plenty of seating area and a TV. This is a perfect space for the children to play and relax. Glass sliding doors leading out to the rear garden.

Third Bedroom with a Queen size Bed and a chest of drawers
Fourth Bedroom with a queen size bed and a chest of drawers.
Fifth Bedroom with two sets of bunk beds as well as a single bed with a trundle pull out
Modern Main Bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. Large size vanity area.
Separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Open plan, living, dining and kitchen area. Two Stunning undercover decked areas. Front deck north facing is a perfect area to soak up the sun and enjoy a BBQ. Southern facing deck to enjoy the sea breeze and ocean views with a glass of wine what a perfect space.
