AMAZING! Best condo ever!
Here are the three reasons why you should stay here.

1. So much space - it was almost too much for our family of four. But we had plenty of space to spread out and chill.

2. Amenities are 10/10 - Listen, you are going to be wild about the game room for sure. But what I truly appreciated was the plethora of supplies that came stocked. All bathroom supplies. All laundry supplies. Batteries. Light bulbs. Just the little things that kept us from needing to run to the store every time we turned around.

3. Location, location, location - Hop skip to Biggsy Coffee, Jimmy Johns, Culvers, Wendys. When we say walking distance, I am not talking like a New Yorker, like a city block is a 1/2 mile. It will be silly to drive to any of the aforementioned places. Oh, yeah, there is a candy store on the bottom floor.

All in all, this is one of those vacation places that makes you fantasize, "Yea, I could live here for sure!" And this spacious, "baller" Airbnb made it feel luxurious and yet, right at home.

The primary suite features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Nearby, you'll find a guest bedroom with direct balcony access and a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle—perfect for kids or additional guests. A third bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while a second full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedrooms.
Upstairs, a spacious loft provides an additional private retreat with a king bed, vanity area, sitting space, and a second living room.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A dual drip or single-serve coffee pot is provided. The kitchen snack bar has 6 bar stools, the dining table will seat 4.

THE LOCATION
Located in the retail space below the condos are dry cleaners, an ice cream shop, and an upscale restaurant. Just a few feet in either direction is a bakery, coffee shop, and several fast-food restaurants. Conveniently located off US 31 and only minutes by car or a short walk to downtown Grand Haven, there is plenty to do with parks, marinas, beaches, shopping, and restaurants nearby.

Take a walk on the boardwalk along the channel out to the Grand Haven Lighthouse and make sure you schedule a day to spend at the beach, playing in the sand and splashing in the waves-you will love the beautiful Grand Haven beach!

- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

"Our stay here was perfect. The bedrooms were just as they were posted with enough space for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean with all the amenities needed. We appreciated the beach stuff, especially the chairs and umbrella. The location is perfect with plenty to eat around (Paisley Pig at the bottom of the building is VERY good). Easy drive to downtown and the beach (it's an easy walk to downtown and the evening fountain show if you don't mind walking a mile). Thank you for a great stay.
