The Space:
From the moment you enter, the apartment opens into a light-filled, open-plan living and dining space designed for comfort. Warm oak timber floors flow throughout, complemented by reverse-cycle ducted air-conditioning for year-round comfort.
The sleek kitchen is both stylish and practical, featuring marble benchtops, a breakfast bar with seating for three, Bosch dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave and coffee machine — perfect for slow mornings or easy evenings at home.
The living area invites you to settle in, with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV, all framed by floor-to-ceiling glass doors. * **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
