Huge living area has 70'' UHD TV and JBL sound bar, Recliner 2 x three seater and 2 x single couches.
Separate family space with 8 seater dining table and 65'' UHD TV.
Kitchen has French door ice maker fridge, Dishwasher, basic utensils, pots, pans, microwave and basic cooking needs.
Master bed room with en-suite and WIR, King size bed, 65'' UHD TV and Samsung sound bar.
Amazon Prime and Netflix available.
Second and third bedroom has king and queen beds respectively. Fourth bedroom has a double bed, toys , and a study table.
Laundry space with front loader washing machine, dryer and laundry needs.
Brand new 8.2m swimming pool in the backyard with paved patio space, pool umbrella, 8 seater outdoor dining set and BBQ.

Lyons Darwin Getaway

This property was a beautiful large home that suited our groups needs perfectly. Plenty of space and all the conveniences you’d normally expect. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you.

A Very Memorable Stay

This is a very lovely property. It is spacious, modern and clean with every amenity one could possibly require. The home is well-kept with very comfortable beds, ceiling fans and air conditioning - an essential in Darwin. We were made to feel welcome by the owner who was easy to communicate with. A large shopping mall is nearby. Overall, it was really impossible to fault this property. We would love to stay there again when next we visit Darwin.

Darwin trip

We had a lovely stay in the Lyons house. It suited our needs perfectly and was very comfortable. We had some issues with the air conditioner and the property owner was very accommodating and helpful. My only complaint is that the coffee machine didn’t work and the umbrella by the pool was broken so it was quite sunny and hot out there. I feel that the house could use a bit of a maintenance and checking over. I would book this house again if we were to travel to Darwin it was lovely. Thank you Jacob

Pool is the hilight! Close to all darwin has to offer

We stayed here for a few nights on a family holiday, the pool was great, with the shade of the umbrella it was able to be swam in most of the day/evening. Check in process easy and we were accommodated to suit our flight which was really helpful! Thanks!
