Mammoth West 111 Cozy Condo, Just A Short Walk to Canyon Lodge by RedAwning

This woodsy condo has vaulted ceilings, an upgraded, open kitchen with granite

countertops, remodeled bathrooms, a woodburning fireplace, flatscreen TV,

spacious balcony, dining area for six and a bar. The condo was also recently

upgraded with new carpet throughout the entire upstairs living and dining

areas and beautiful custom slate tile work around the fireplace. Just steps to

Jacuzzi, it’s perfect for an after ski soak!



The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twins, and the

upstairs couch is a queen sleeper sofa. Great views of the surrounding forest

and is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. All guests receive complimentary full

access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated

pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and

more. The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided

two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel

free to call our office for alternative options. There are 15 steps to this

unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Wireless internet

Great Stay at Mammoth

We had a great experience, the key pickup/dropoff was easy and the condo was walking distance (15-20 min) to the village. The condo was in great condition, spacious, and perfect for my group of three.

Great Stay And Close to Mountain!

Easy access into the Condo, very spacious. Suited all of us comfortably. Loved the wood burning fireplace. Very close to Canyon lodge making it almost ski in ski out. Check in and Check out were smooth and simple. Would love to stay again.

Comfy condo in good location

The condo was clean and comfortable with new carpet. It's a 7-10 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. Electric blankets on the bed were nice.

Unit was great. It was nice to have tv mounted on a moveable arm. There were no ice trays and a spatula. We had a chipmunk intruder; be sure to close door quickly.

Joyful

Condo was well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware which I greatly appreciated since we like to eat at home. I had only 2 issues. First is that there are no screens on the sliding doors so we could not enjoy the outside air also the doors don’t have locks. Second I would have liked to have a sponge or handiwipe for the bathrooms so I didn’t have to use one of the washcloths.

Great Location

The location is a 10-minute walk to Canyon Lodge - This is where you can rent gear, take ski lessons, and take the Village Condala to other parts of the town. The Austrian Hoff Restaurant and bar is a 5-minute walk away and was our evening goto for after-ski drinks and dinner for every night of our stay. The house was clean and will easily fit 6 adults: 2 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed. The apartment can be a little tricky to find, I recommend using a door-to-door transport service when arriving for the first time (Unless you are driving yourself using google maps). All in all, we had a great stay and will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip. Pro-Tip: The apartment is on a slight hill when walking down to Canyon Lodge from the front door - consider walking up the hill to the small car park - you will find steps leading down to the main road - this is a faster and easier walk then taking the main road directly down.

Clean, comfortable. I expected this -- there are no laundry machine inside condo or grill. Bring your own al foil, plastic wrap, sheet pans, containers, serving tongs, black pepper, oil, spices.

Really nice .

Nice condo, has everything you need. Seemed like it was updated pretty recently (carpet, bathrooms, kitchen sink, appliances etc). Comfortable beds and sofa. Everything was very clean. We really enjoyed walking to the village every evening (about a 20 min walk)

Cozy escape in the woods

We stayed in this unit for a week in july. Location was perfect for us at it was out of the town and up near the village and canyon lodge. Unit provided great WiFi connection. My children enjoyed the pool very much. Location was very convenient for us because we were close enough to walk down to the village for dinner and rent mountain bikes.We had a great stay this summer. The only negative experience was our first impression... We were greeted by a horrendous smell upon opening the front door for the first time. It appears the previous renters cleaned some fish in the sink and left fish parts in the garbage disposal without running it before leaving. The unit had to be aired out for several hours before it was inhabitable
