Mammoth West 115 Updated Condo, Just A Short Walk To Canyon Lodge by RedAwning

This two-story luxury condo with vaulted ceilings has been completely

refurbished with high end amenities and is one of the nicest four bedroom

slopeside units available. The new kitchen is light, bright and spacious with

top end appliances, custom cabinets and countertops and stone work. A formal

dining area seats 8 comfortably, and the large sofa in the living room is

perfect for relaxing with friends and family by the stone gas log fireplace or

watching a movie on the 50 in flat screen TV with DVD player. Includes

separate table for the kids or playing a mean game of poker!



The large balcony features a great BBQ too! The upstairs bedroom has a king

bed and a designer bath, the downstairs master bedroom has a king bed and a

private bath with a steam shower and TV! The third bedroom has a euro style

bunkbed with a queen bed on bottom and a twin bed above, and the fourth

bedroom has two bunk beds for four twins. All guests receive complimentary

full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor

heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle

studio and more.



This condo has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 8 (EIGHT) PEOPLE, a perfect unit for the

big family, and walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The condo comes with 2

outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more

parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for

alternative options. There are 7 steps to this unit, 2 levels inside, and no

smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. (Property

Great location - great property

Easy walk to the ski lift. Nice pub with-in walking distance. Well stocked kitchen. Nice layout for both family time and time to have space. Easy to check in and out off hours!

The BEST Condo for a ski weekend trip!!

A handful of friends and I went up for a long ski weekend in December and had the absolute best time!! I was a little nervous that the condo would be big enough to accommodate us all, but there was a ton of room and space for all of our ski and snowboard gear. We cooked most of our meals in the condo as they had every cooking item we would need. We loved the jacuzzi in the complex after a long day of skiing. The condo was a quick 10 minute walk from canyon lodge and the gondola that takes you over into the village. We will absolutely be staying here again this ski season - thank you again for making our trip so amazing!

Family Fun Time

This facility fit our families need perfectly. The only thing that I wish I had was a fan. We were there during a heat wave and upstairs bedroom was a bit warm. We plan on staying there again next year.

Clean cobwebs from ceiling corners. Replace patio furniture. Replace outdated DVD player with a Blu-ray player. We brought 4-5 movies to watch and couldn’t play them. Overall the property was good and if these items are addressed then I recommend staying there.

Mountain Vacation

Great experience . The location was excellent and rental was well equipped. The property management company responded quickly when we called (needed lightbulbs replaced and a new lamps). Comfy couch and cozy feel to the public areas, we enjoyed our vacation here.

Great condo

I recommend this condo. It was a little older and smaller than the pictures showed, and a few things didn't work (a broken blind, broken lamp, outlet that didn't work), but it was clean. It had a good set up. And it was a good price for the week. The location was great. We would stay here again. (We were 5 adults and 2 kids.)

Great Place for a Family Stay

My family and I stayed at this condo over Thanksgiving and had a really lovely stay. We were 8 people including (2 kids) and the place really worked for a larger gathering - with nice common spaces and enough bedrooms for everyone to tuck away for privacy as well. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped for a vacation-rental (we cooked a whole Thanksgiving meal here and found it to be very well appointed). The TV has basic cable but is not a Smart TV so difficult to watch movies together at night (we brought a projector) - not a huge deal but a note for future guests. Jacuzzi and sauna definitely a plus! The views aren't quite as pictured (condo overlooks a driveway) but we really enjoyed the place anyways and would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed this unit. The location was great, kitchen well stocked and the unit was very clean. Our only complaint was that the upstairs does not cool down which is a problem for the people sleeping in that bedroom and the TV in that same room doesn't work. All three bedrooms downstairs were great.

long-time Mammoth season pass holder, stayed at many units all over Mammoth. Mammoth West unit was clean and nice, kitchen had plenty of amenities but no sponge (?). internet very slow, TV didnt work until repairman visited on day 2, almost no hot water for showers, heat was either full blast or off, no humidifiers. i won't come back to Mammoth West and would not recommend to friends without some upgrading.

2015 Family vacation

First 3 days had to deal with fixing the appliances and showers in 2 bathrooms. before you rent this unit or any other at Mammoth west I would suggest having the rental company check the appliances first. Fridge was turned off when we arrived (thought it was broken), it took 3 days for it to get to a cool temp. We were told if you put warm things into a fridge it won't work very well. My question is then how can you rent out a unit that has 4 bedrooms and not have a fridge that will accommodate 14 people. We spent $75.00 on ice. If I was the owner of this unit I would be upset with the property management for not taking care of my unit.

Great location, Horrible water pressure!

Our recent stay was fabulous and the proximity to Canyon Lodge was so convenient. The condo was well appointed and comfortable for our party of 8. The downside was the water pressure in the showers. One bathroom (upstairs) was almost unusable due to the lack of pressure, which forced the others to use the master bath on the ground floor that wasn't much better. Over all, it was a great place for a family or small group to enjoy Mammoth Mountain.

One of the nicest places we have stayed in at Mammoth over the years. Beds are all super comfortable, beautifully furnished throughout, and the kitchen was excellently equipped. The condo remodel is deluxe/ very tastefully done. Very effective central heating. And this unit has a fantastic location at Canyon Drive level. Very much appreciated the opportunity to stay in this condo!
