Snowcreek II 247 Pet-Friendly, Cozy, On the Snowcreek Meadow by RedAwning

This cozy and warm 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is perfect for your next mountain

retreat! Snowcreek 247 is a downstairs, corner unit with tons of natural light

and views of the surrounding pine trees. Cook meals with friends and family in

the fully stocked and updated kitchen. Relax with a fire in the living room

that offers a large comfy couch with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV. Enjoy

all the comforts of home with in unit washer/dryer. The bedroom has a large

king size bed. Just off the bedroom is an alcove room with a small day bed

perfect for a child. This unit is pet-friendly! One pet allowed, additional

pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full

access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated

pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and

more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required

than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

Favorite 1 bedroom at SnowCreek

We've stayed in many places at snowcreek and this is our favorite 1 bedroom. We had the dogs with us so a downstair unit is always preferred. This place has a comfortable king bed, great couches for lounging after a day of boarding and wifi that actually works. We will stay here everytime if its available to book.

Respite From L.A.

We escaped the heat, traffic and pace of L.A. for the beauty and tranquility of the High Sierras. The condo we rented is in a nice location, just outside of town. The complex is quiet, well maintained and nice to walk around. We will definitely be back.

Cozy in a blizzard

We were there when the 395 was closed to Mammoth, I have to say they did an amazing job of keeping parking lot plowed and walkways cleared.The condo was cozy warm in the blizzard. We were able to binge watch on Netflix and sit by fire. We would stay again.

Cozy and convenient place very well stocked with all things you need at a rental...kitchen utensils, lots of hooks, great fireplace, updated bathroom. Such a bonus that they are pet friendly!!! Spa was also great, but closes at 9pm. Only downsides - Coffee maker didn’t work and you could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around at night.

Great 1 bedroom unit

This unit was clean and was in a beautiful location with a small creek just 30 feet away. It had all the amenities of a home, including a new refrigerator. Everything was in good working order, however, the dryer did not have a dryer vent lint catcher resulting in small clothes items getting stuck in vent. I notified Mammoth Reservations in person and they advised that they would look into it.

Gave up the tent....

Been a tent camper for years but the older I get the more I find myself seeking comfort while still enjoying the outdoors. We have had our eyes on Snowcreek since playing a round of golf a few years back so with friends staying at Twin Lakes we opted for a condo. Ground floor unit, easy in and out, unit was clean and comfy. The bathroom was 10ft from the bed, bear box replaced by a fridge and hot shower every day. And Clark, our 100 pound lab enjoyed sleeping on his blanket instead of the cold tent floor. Goodbye tent camping, hello condo!! Good times.

Spring 2022 stay

Generally we liked the unit! It was attractive and warm. The only complaint was that the kitchen wasn't well equipped. Knowing that up front, we would stay there again. The alcove off the bedroom was interesting and would have been a great "office" space as I was doing some work, but the WiFi was not strong enough back there.

Perfect, small affordable getaway

This unit was perfect for our stay. We have a small pup so it was nice to be able to bring him. Thank you for offering a pet friendly spot, I know it can be a hassle for homeowners! Loved the fireplace, bed was comfy too.

Great dog friendly place in Mammoth

My family of 4 (wife and two early 20s daughters), went up to Mammoth with our medium size dog for 3 nights. The condo is in very good shape with plenty of room for the 4 of us to watch TV and be cozy. The bedroom was great with a really good mattress. The location is not super close to Mammoth ski resort but there is a bus stop close or you can take a car. We had some friends come over for dinner and the 8 of us fit cozily into the living area. This is good value for the money. The property was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the shared hot tub after a few days of skiing. Easy pickup and dropoff of the key and clear instructions.

Was a nice place and we did bring a dog. You can tell it is a pet friendly place. Not reliable kitchen utensiles, etc.

A Reader Weekend

Beautiful grounds, a paved trail and a lovely meadow. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. The condo was OK.The carpet has many stains and the glasses stored outside the cupboard were dirty. The garbage disposal didn't work and there were a few things missing from the kitchen. Reported these things to the management company.

Nice Snowcreek unit

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. We like the Snowcreek Meadow area and this unit was very comfortable and well stocked. It has a nice deck for sitting outside although the view is mostly the parking area.

old but comfortable

overall our stay was great. just a few observations. the condo wasn't that clean. the linen was old and stained. at first i wasnt sure it was clean linen. the sheets were good but the blankets were stained and just old. the pots and pans are totally usable, just old, i would replace them along with the dishes as many were chipped. no pot holders, we had to use towels soaked in water. the kitchen had everything else, but no pot holders. there is a shag rug in the living room were we found 5 medication pills. we looked them up just in case one of our dogs found it first. it seemed to be for ulcers. dogs are great. we had to reset the tv/stereo a couple of times, maybe bad batteries in the remote. we mostly used the stereo and bluetooth to link to our phone for music. easy set up. location and check in and out were great. overall i would recommend this condo. i dont remember if this is considered a premium condo, i would say no. but it is comfortable.
