The Spanish Main complex is loved by guests with its location right on a quiet section of white sand beaches. Couples trip

The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you needed for a week at the beach! There were restaurants in walking distance so didn’t have to drive much. The best part of the condo was the view of the beach from the balcony…. Breathtaking. Natalie the service manager was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Don’t hesitate to book this unit.

Wonderful Girls weekend

We booked this beautiful rental for a relaxing friends and daughters weekend. It was everything described and more!!! From the beautiful sunrises, and our time spent on the beach, to walking for coffee and dinners; it couldnt have been a more perfect location!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the space, decor and all the ammenities!! It was a beautiful space, clean and great communication with the host! Would highly recommend, and would love to plan another trip back!!

Making Memories at Spanish Main 47

Spanish Main 47 is a lovely condo with spectacular views of the ocean! It was the perfect fit for my family and daughter’s college roommate. We loved walking on the beach everyday and the pool was very clean and refreshing! We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops, eating meals together and having game nights. The Happy Palms Stay manager, Natalie, was outstanding with her communication with us and made us feel very welcome! I would definitely stay at the Spanish Main 47 condo again!

Beautiful condo

The location cannot be beat. The view from the balcony is awesome and you are steps away from the beach. The condo has all you need, and the beds were super comfy.

Stayed here 4 years ago, and nothing did change. Still nice and clean, however it is starting to show some wear. Overall though satisfied with the very quiet condo as well as it's location from the beach, which is a 1 minute walk.

Great Stay - Picture Perfect!

This Condo is one of a kind! The pictures are spot on! The rooms are larger than they appear and beds are extremely comfortable! The porch offers a fantastic view of the pool and ocean. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Cocoa Beach!

A Fabulous Place!

We had an absolutely lovely time! The condo looked just like the pictures and it has been well maintained. The weather was not in our favor so we did spend more time in the condo. The property was well kept. The lounge chairs at the pool were organized every morning and the pool was cleaned at checked regularly. The area that the condo was located in was great! Grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores and so many other things all within walking distance. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Beautiful!

This property is exactly as shown, it was beautiful, spacious and clean and perfectly stocked!! Both the condo and the overall spanish main complex were wonderful! As well Taylor with stay in cocoa beach (management company) was absolutely fantastic!!! We will totally stay here again and again!

We just finished up a wonderful week at Spanish Main in a 3/2 condo #47. Just recently renovated, this unit had everything we could need. And the view out to the Beach was outstanding.

Quiet, Clean, Amazing Views

The condo is perfect. It is roomy, fully stocked, and private. The pool is heated and there are plenty of chairs available. The beach is just steps away. It is walking distance to many restaurants. We plan on returning!

Great location on Cocoa Beach with very nice beach. Not crowded and building and pool maintained in very good condition. A smaller building property so not too many people at any one time. We would go back.

Spring Break 2023

Our family rented this amazing condo for a week. The condo was clean, and offered all the amenities needed. The view of the ocean was amazing, the short walk right out to the beach was convenient, and the listing looked just like the advertised photos. I totally would recommend this location and site to anyone traveling!

Great property

This place is a true gem. The maintenance people take great pride in their work. The premises were cleaned every single day. Everything was in working order. I recommend this property. It’s great, convenient to many things and the beach was very easily accessible. Best beach vacation in a very long time!

Perfect location

This trip was for me, my husband, my daughter and her 5-year old twins. The condo was super clean and was in the best location. The washer and dryer were new and perfect! I just cannot say enough about this condo. I loved that we had a code to enter the unit and not a key card. The pool was awesome and the beach access was perfect! Being located right next to the Whisk &Grind was a bonus!!

Wonderful stay

Great location, good local restaurants, pool was small but clean and heated. Beautiful view of ocean and to watch the sunrise. Had all necessary amenities. Bed in master BR was a bit lumpy (much preferred the other much firmer king bed), so my husband slept on the couch which he found more comfortable even though it’s a bit worn. Owner was very responsive when I had issue connecting to internet.

Fantastic Condo on Cocoa Beach

This condo was excellent. We had 5 adults and 1 one 2 yr old and it was perfect for us. The view out of the living room window was amazing. The condo was very clean and was updated with new furnishings and was beautiful. This was our first stay in Cocoa Beach and we loved the beach, the weather, and all the amenities in the city itself. One of our best family vacations.

Outstanding stay

Our stay at Spanish Main 47 was absolutely fantastic! It was exactly as advertised and had been totally renovated in a beautiful fashion. The balcony overlooking the pool was closer to the ocean than we expected which was great for watching our grandsons surf without having to sit in the sun. The beach chairs and umbrella were so nice . Having two king sized beds was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook or just heat up takeout from the many nearby restaurants. We loved our stay and hope to return.
