Great place to stay on the mountain. Quiet but not far from town. Wildlife viewing, full kitchen, and enough beds for a full family. Very clean and everything is easy to use.

Great property, thoughtful owners

This place exceeded our expectations. It's in a great location that balances peace and quiet with easy access to the rest of Ruidoso. We loved the comfortable beds, the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and the view from the large deck. Especially impressive were the fresh-ground coffee and other extras like hot chocolate and candies left by the owners for us to enjoy. The rules and instructions were clear enough that we never needed to reach out to the guest contact. Would absolutely rent this place again.

One could want for nothing at this home: So well supplied and cared for from the huge spice collection, upgraded kitchen sink, complete glassware to the very comfortable beds with soft linens. Highlites: privacy! large deck! thoughtful decor and appointments Perfect for the 6 of us

Mountain escape from the heat

It was 15° cooler there than at our house so that was great. This house was perfect for 4 adults staying for 5 days. The kitchen was well appointed and we ate most of our meals in. We loved spending time out on the deck and taking walks and watching the wildlife. The views were beautiful we even had an elk come visit us and lay down and take a nap for a couple hours it was really cool!

I can't say enough about this property. It is awesome. Everything you need. Beds are comfortable, the house was clean. Whoever decorated did awesome job. If we come back to Ruidoso we will definitely see if we can get this house again. Neighbors is awesome. That is a plus too.

Awesome house

This house is awesome. I have never stayed in a more equipped house. You thought of everything from coffee, creamer,hot chocolate every kitchen aid you can think of. The beds was comfortable. No stairs was a plus. Three bathrooms was a plus. Neighbors was nice and friendly. This was the best house we stayed at yet. Had the best time. I would highly recommend this house. Thanks for letting us stay. Will definitely be back.

One of the nicest cabins

We were very impressed with the cabin overall. Great location up in the mountains near town. It was such a comfy and cozy feeling . We loved that everything was easy to use and had clear instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

The house is well equipped and clean. Everything you need for a short or long term stay. Alot of room to spead out after a busy day. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.. we really enjoyed our stay and will book again when we are out this way.

Had a great time, the house was great. Check in was not that good.

It was good the only problem we had was checking in. We had a check in time of 3PM we didn’t receive the door code to get in until 3:30, and this was after making multiple calls and emails to get it.

Mountain Top Oasis

This cabin is amazing, yet quite cozy. Located near the top of the mountain, on a quiet and private driveway, that patio view in the pictures doesn’t do it justice. You will enjoy your morning coffee with a tranquil view of the Lincoln National Forest and later soak in the sun with tasty adult beverages in the evening. Oh and to top it off, you will get visited by the local wildlife every morning and evening.
