All you need in accomodation. Central to the Hamilton CBD, International Rugby and Cricket grounds. Handy accomodation for the Fieldays. Walking distance to Claudelands Arena and Showgrounds. Situated close to bus stop with a five minute or less Taxi/Uber to your meal, concert or Sporting event. Classy accomodation with room to relax inside or out on the small deck. An unattached Studio with queen bed, and toilet and shower ensuite.

The pictures were misleading. The apartment is advertised as gracious - in reality it is a tack on to a garage. Near River was false. Nowhere to unpack. One chair to sit in - others sit on bed. Overall a bit crummy.

Small but perfectly formed

Super easy and timely communication with owner. Nice quiet back section. Quiet neighbours. Plenty of room for parking off-street. Excellent studio accommodation. The bed was a little on the hard side for our liking, but otherwise this property is faultless. And make sure you find the 'French Tart' cafe just down the street... yummy coffee and treats!

Spacious and private studio

An easy acessable, spacious clean n comfortable private place. Great shower. Good refresment facilites.

This property represents excellent value for money in every category. It was the perfect location for me needing a place between the CBD and the university. The only suggestion I'd like to share with Christine is that on super cold days the towels provided were a little damp and a heated towel rail would have made an instant differerence. Having said that, the property had plenty of other great amenities, great out the door parking, lovely homely touches such as a selection of hot drinks, electric blankets and gorgeously warm extra bedding. The trim milk and chocolate fish were very appreciated too. Classy Suite represents excellent bang for your bucks. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend it to friends and family needing a place to stay in Hamilton.

The place was very new clean and tidy. Could have had a spare blanket for winter plus only 2 teabags was abit tight. A caddy full with abit more milk so we could of had more than one cup of tea each would be nice... but otherwise was sufficient for our needs...the rooster was hilarious!

Great Stay!

Very comfy wee room. Easy access, good parking, very quiet and super clean. Lovely addition was the tea, coffee and choccy. Will definitely be staying again for future trips. Thankyou!!!

Nicely decorated studio

Very nicely decorated studio with bathroom. Attached to garage. Warm, comfortable & quiet. Located behind a house & felt secure. Street was a bit run down, but very close to river, city, airport.

Clean dry and warm.the owners was clear with communication. there was tea coffee and milk available. More like an air b&b feel than something I usually book off Expedia.

The unit was very clean and tidy. Had generally everything required for a few nights stay. The coffee sachets were and milk were an extra bonus. The only thing missing for me was a salad bowl so I could mix a large salad in.
