One night stays available!
Windsurfer Studio: This large apartment is part of the Windsurfer Chalet Complex. The Offshore Coffee shop and bakery right next door, so it’s not far to go for the early morning coffee. It’s also an easy walk to the super market and park or take a stroll along the beach to the jetty for a bit of fishing then up to the Endeavour Tavern for lunch on the lawn.

The Studio is ideal for that relaxing quick getaway, There is a covered courtyard available to all the guests that includes bbq’s, outdoor setting and garden area off the rear of the Chalets. There is plenty of room for parking and there is also room for a boat or two.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A DOWNSTAIRS UNIT, THERE MAYBE OTHER GUESTS STAYING UPSTAIRS, THERE MAYBE NOISE BUT WE DO ENCOURAGE THE GUESTS TO KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM.

SORRY TO SAY THIS APARTMENT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY, THERE IS NOT ENOUGH FLO THROUGH VENTILATION FOR PETS.
If you do have a pet and wish to bring it, please choose one of the larger Chalets, your pet will love you for it.

All linen is supplied including towels.

The studio was very easy to get to. Got lots of different emails about check-ins and departure which was good but also very confusing at the same time. The biggest confusion was whether we had to bring sheets and towels. Thankfully we didn't have to when staying at the studio. The room smelt a bit musky but being so close to the beach it makes sense - my only suggestion for the owners is to maybe add some reed diffusers in the kitchen to help with that smell. Please note if you stay here, there might be someone staying in the unit above the studio and the walls are thin so you can hear almost every step they take and their laughing and coughing etc. so if you're looking for a peaceful and quiet place, this is not the place for you - but just a heads up. The door is also a bit tricky to lock - you need to lift the door a little before being able to lock it. Thanks for a good stay, we enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the buskers at the buskers festival!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good . The only issue was we sent an email saying there was no linen or towels provided . We thought it strange but we bought sheets and towels especially ( we were travelling from the uk so didn’t have any ) When we got there , there was linen and towels . Hence we had an expensive outlay but at least a charity got new sheets and towels donated . Apparently it depends which site you book with as to whether you get a generic email or not

You do hear people going up and down stairs in the upstairs apartment but it wasn't too bad. Studio was clean and tidy but it could do with a small table and chairs to enable you to eat your meals at as although there was a fold down bench at the end of the kitchen bench, there was nothing for it to stay up that we could find. Although there's no stove, there's an electric frypan, small toaster oven & an airfryer so you could do your own cooking.

Don’t book studio if u want a quiet room

The apartment above me had the stairs right on the wall where the head board for the bed is. The property can’t control the guests staying in the room above but could hear the conversations all night and the stomping up and down by children and adults alike meant my kid free relax and read night away did not go as planned this room needs to be booked out with the upper apartment as was not a good experience. Mould in shower recess needs attention-and on bathroom roof. Light in bathroom needed replacing and tv remote needed charging b4 tv would turn on (Samsung so no batteries) had plenty of amenities and tidy

Few Steps away from the Beach

We arrived after sunset and was unsure if it was the correct place, eventhough Google Map prompted us we've arrived at our destination. Kirsten was helpful to give us the instructions on how to obtain the key from the keybox via phone call. Even the outer surrounding was spick and span. We saw wild parrots feeding on the lawn in the morning.

The only thing I could pick at with the Studio apartment specifically is it’s joint to the main house and has absolutely no sound proofing. Heard footstops through the ceiling & up the staircase the entire night. It’s a minor issue in the scheme of things but we had a broken sleep due to kids just being kids. Would definitely stay again just further from the main house.

Maintenance fella was doing work next door and noticed I had my infant son with me. He actually waited to see me and ensure bub was not sleeping before drilling holes. Very much appreciated! It is true that if anyone is in the one next door/upstairs, you can hear everything (foot steps, doors, conversations) luckily it was onlyFor one night during my stay and they were very respectful. Would highly recommend.

We were allowed to check in a little early and allowed to check out a little late. In general the room was nice. It was clean and the bed was comfortable albeit a little run down. The location was excellent with magnificent ocean views and within walking distance. We had breakfast at the cafe only 200m up the road and it was excellent value. In general we had a fantastic night in Lancelin and would probably do it again. Maybe the only thing I would question was the cost of the room $242 was fairly dear.
