A beautiful holiday home in Cable beach, so nice that you will not want to leave. A place to getaway from it all and experience Broometime!

This four bedroom 4.5 bathroom home which sleeps 8 people is stylishly decorated with lovely furnishings throughout. Located on the sought after Cable Beach location, 10 minute walk to a secluded part of cable beach beach. A short drive to the main cable beach location & restaurants.

2 bathrooms are typical broometime bathrooms with open ceilings that take in the natural light and relaxing beauty, all private as you can close the roof top if needed.

Space has not been compromised in this holiday home with a large living area including a dining table that fits 8 people and 2 separate sitting TV areas, with an added bonus of WiFi being provided for guests. The kitchen has all the modern appliances needed for a comfortable stay including a coffee pod machine and induction cooking.

The main bedroom is very spacious with a king size bed and private ensuite.

At the side of the property you will find the entertaining area complete with an outdoor table, BBQ, sun lounges to relax on.....all surrounded by tropical manicured gardens!
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor pool, which is nestled amongst the manicured gardens to the rear of the property adjacent to the relaxing fish pod where you can sit and relax as the water feature bubbles away.

All linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided. Sorry NO pets allowed & NO Party's or Functions.

We also off a number of other convenience options -
> we can do food shopping before you arrive, just email us with your needs. (We are unable to supply alcohol sorry.)
> Porta Cots, Prams, baby seats and high chairs are available for hire from us, make sure you book ahead as these are popular.
> we also hire cars so, let us know so we can reserve your car and get 10% your car hire booking.

Perfect accomodation

We had 4 adults and 4 children stay. The Dunes house provided a perfect family holiday, there was heaps of room so we all had our own space and the pool was perfect for smaller kids. We would definetly recommend to others and would stay there again. Thank you!

Great find

Really good house for multiple groups as 3 of the 4 rooms have their own shower/toilet. The two rooms with an outside shower and toilet was a real surprise and lovely to have the outdoor experience. Very spacious good living areas.

Immaculate

This property is immaculately clean & very spacious. Each room has a designated bathroom & all linen is included, even beach/pool towels which was fantastic. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine. 2 living areas with tv. Outdoor garden areas & pool are beautifully maintained & presented & several seating areas to read & relax. Our only regret is the weather wasn’t sunny during our stay!

Absolute Gem of a House

It's not often that a venue exceeds the photos that are posted about it, but this is certainly the case for this lovely abode. We absolutely adored the en suite outdoor bathroom, and direct access onto the patio. The mini-fridge in the rooms was also a bonus. We took great advantage of the outdoor dining area, which is surrounded by a lush tropical garden that really gave us that holiday experience. Afternoons were spent on the couch next to the tranquil pond and catching up on reading. Close to the Cable Beach facilities, a trip down to the beach was just a quick trip. Highly recommend any visitor to stay at this tranquil retreat.

Family visit to Broome

We traveled from Adelaide with our family who were visiting from the U.S. The house is spacious, well located and provided everything we needed for our stay (maybe an esky for the beach 😊) and our grandchildren, (10 and 12)especially loved the nearby beaches and playgrounds.

Under equipped

Disappointing with a very sparse kitchen lacking minimum requirements, not even a salad bowl or potato masher, no spare knives, forks or spoons for a group of 8. Owner leaves food in cupboards and freezer, limiting space you can use. Dishwasher filter hadn’t been cleaned with dishes coming out dirty. Many locks on gates & doors that limit use. The house itself was nice, clean and very spacious throughout with the outside en-suites a nice addition. We often stay at locations through Stayz and this would have to have been the most disappointing. Phil was very accommodating when we requested the beach towels.
