Belle Etoile is an impressive villa that sits on the cliffside of the wonderful Terres Basses with the never-ending sights of Anguilla and the clear Caribbean Sea. This estate upholds a notable 4.5 acres of level land, hosting five bedrooms for a large group of guests. Everything in this home is extravagant, from its walk-in, beach-style pool to the unique koi fish pond. Belle Etoile is surrounded by lush flamboyant gardens and mature trees that provide plenty of shade from the sun after a day by the pool. The expansive property surrounds the pool with the central focal point being the beautiful ocean. With a grand entrance and inspiring ocean vistas, Villa Belle Etoile promises an unforgettable experience as soon as the clients set foot on its land.



This magnificent house becomes apparent through the brick driveway, revealing an inviting porch entrance with wooden doors into the foyer. Immediately, clients are lured in by the spectacular view of the ocean that awaits them on the other side. The outdoor terrace is composed of authentic terracotta tiles and enchants visitors to enter the infinity, beach-style pool. Within the pool, there is an “island” that has a jacuzzi for a more laid-back aquatic experience along with a billowing cascade. For entertainment, the home provides an outdoor pool table for socializing and a substantial pond full of colorful Koi fish to gaze at, bringing peaceful energy into the property. The exterior living spaces are a haven of relaxation, with the grand terrace providing shade and the Caribbean breeze creating an idyllic outdoor living experience.



The interiors are spacious with plenty of stations throughout the villa to relax and unwind in. Within the centre of the home, is two distinct living areas in which one features off-white furnishings with earthy accents, while the other is an outdoor retreat shaded by the grand terrace. The rustic country kitchen, complete with black stone granite countertops, encourages conversation with loved ones and friends. This space is ideal for cooking with the large fridge and the expansive, traditional stove; perhaps guests could hire a personal chef to indulge in a Caribbean culinary experience. The dining room promotes delicious meals to be enjoyed, with up to 12 seats for accommodating all the clients along with any additional visitors that may venture to the property.



Belle Etoile welcomes five private bedrooms speckled throughout the home. All of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and air conditioning. Attached to the main house are four of the bedrooms, offering indoor and outdoor access to each space. The fifth bedroom is a charming cottage that is separate from the home and is accessible through the garden which is full of greenery. These accommodations provide a serene haven for every guest with plenty of space and privacy to capture that vacation feeling in a stunning villa.

POOL TEMPERATURE

Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature.

As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature,

which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain.

Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

If guests have a specific temperature they would like the pool set to, please inform

our concierge team prior to arrival, as the pool temperature must be adjusted by our

maintenance team.

Guests are not permitted to change the pool temperature themselves.

All Events must be under the supervision of an event planner including, installation of the decor, catering, and cleaning of the villa’s grounds af-

ter the Event. The Event planner must be able to provide the company proof of registration on the French Side and proof of insurance or autho-

rization to operate on the French side if the company is registered on the Dutch side of the island or abroad.



Villa’s include the services of one (1) housekeeper for basic assistance, unless specified differently in the ‘Conditions’. Villa staff gratuities are

not included but much appreciated by the housekeeper.
