Luxury home in the heart of Grand Bend ONE BLOCK from the beach

Exclusive custom built luxury home is located steps from the main street and just one block from the beach. 5 bedrooms (3 with ensuites), 7 beds + a pull-out queen couch.

4.5 bathrooms, a hot tub, games room with air hockey, a shuffleboard table, a poker table, card games, puzzles and an Oculus Quest 2 virtual reality game, 3 balconies, a private patio area, firepit, large backyard, a coffee bar room with Breville espresso machine, Chemex, Origami, Keurig and other coffee machines, washer/dryer on-site, barbecue and SO much more! This high-end home is perfect for one large, or two medium-sized families to share. Families strongly preferred. If you are looking for a cottage to party at, sorry but this is not it!

NOTE: We are licensed and registered with the city. While our cottage easily accommodates 14 adults, Grand Bend has implemented Short Term Rental Rules. Due to their rules, we can only host a maximum of 10 guests over the age of 12 on the property at any one time. This includes day guests who drop by. We can accommodate an additional 4 children under the age of 12. We strictly adhere to this rule.

NOTE - our rental contract must be completed, signed and returned asap after booking. HST of 13% is applicable and will be added by VRBO to the reservation. A new TOURIST TAX of 4% was implemented by Grand Bend as of Jan 1, 2026. VRBO does not add it into their calculations. It is due to us 60 days prior to your stay.

NOTE: Due to severe allergies NO animals of any kind are allowed. Again - this is due to a health & safety concern.

Was a great stay! The place accommodated everyone perfectly. Kids really enjoyed their time. Perfect for cooking/bbq outside. Best part is the 1 min walk to Main Street or the Beach!

We hosted a bachelorette weekend for our sister at Nancy’s place, and it could not have been more perfect! Not only was the location amazing, but we were blown away by her gorgeous home. It’s so spacious and bright, decorated beautifully, extremely clean, and its multiple outdoor spaces were so lovely to hang out in. It had absolutely everything we needed - Nancy thought of every detail! She also went the extra mile, adding special touches to make our group feel welcome - and to make the bride feel extra celebrated! Nancy is an incredibly thoughtful host. We are already planning to book again next summer.

This was a beautiful property and was exactly as described. It was spacious and very clean. There were 10 of us there to celebrate my daughter’s sweet 16 and we were not disappointed. The host provided very thoughtful treats for all the girls there including my daughter’s favourite ice cream cake from Dairy Queen for her birthday. She also took into consideration the other girls’ allergies and provided options for them as well! We would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Grand Bend and plan return to this property in the future. Thank you Nancy for a memorable experience!!

We had a great time at the cottage. The home is beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The host had sugar cookies and wine as a welcoming gesture. Also, due to the wildfires the host offered to switch our dates last minute. Clearly the wildfires were not within the host’s control but our group thought that was a very gracious offer. We decided to stick with the plan and had a wonderful time! The home literally is equipped with anything you can think of.

Best spot in Grand Bend

We have stayed in Grand Bend every year, and this was the first time we booked Nancy's place. It was our favourite by far. Great location and beautiful house with nice amenities.

Grand Bend Getaway!

We had an amazing time! The house exceeded our expectations! It was clean, location was close to the strip and beach, it was very roomy and the attention to detail was impressive!!!. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was the getaway we needed!!!

Spectacular Property

Excellent attention to detail with this property. Coffee bar was stellar and each of our 4 families had a separate bedroom and bathroom. Hard to find! Steps away from the beach and the main strip.. We'll be back!

A wonderful stay with teens and moms

5 moms and their teenaged daughters had a wonderful stay at Nancy and David’s Grand Bend home. Both Nancy and David were extremely responsive to any questions or issues that came up during our stay. The home is well stocked and a perfect base for anything you are doing in the area. So close to the beach and strip but also well appointed should you want to just stay put. We all agreed that should they have us back, we would love to visit Grand Bend again and to stay in this perfect vacation home!

Golf weekend

Property is amazing. Very clean and very modern. The welcome snacks and drinks were a nice touch. You can not find a better location in Grand Bend. Steps away from the main strip and a few blocks from the beach. Host was very engaged and responsive. Overall an amazing place and experience.

So close to the beach!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this house. It’s a very very short walk to the beach and the main road. Very convenient with kids. The house was very clean. The extra amenities such as a crib, baby monitor, high chair, beach toys, firepit, and even marshmallow roasting sticks were highly appreciated. Nancy was a great host and very easy to connect with.

You want to book your stay here!

If I could give a rating higher than 5 starts, I would! I booked this property for my 30th birthday party, along with my partner and some friends and let me tell you, you are getting a deal with this place! They have thought of everything, and put in so much effort to the little details that made our stay so wonderful. From the excellent communication leading up to our stay, to making sure we had everything we needed in the house, I could not recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back next summer!!

10/10 NO NOTES!!!! Nancy and David have built the perfect, cleanest, comfiest vacation property for big families!!! The house is beautiful and they left us everything we needed for the long weekend away. All of the grown ups and kids were so happy to be there. The hot tub, clean back yard , gameRoom garage and all of the balconies were a real treat for everyone!! The location is the icing on the cake. Quick walk to the beautiful beach or to the cute little town and shops. David and Nancy were also the nicest hosts and were so good at communication before and during our stay. We already want to have a reunion there next year! Book this house and don’t think twice!

We had a great experience at this lovely house! It was perfect for our 3 generation family gathering. The short walk to the beach and Main Street were easy for the grandparents. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked, the games room was fun, and the hot tub was clean. Nancy was a thoughtful host leaving us celebratory cookies and wine. She was also very responsive to our questions.

The whole experience was pleasant.. Started with the consummate professional Nancy. She made the whole booking process easy .She was accommodating, sweet and resourceful It was my wife’s birthday and she had flowers.two bottles of wine and cup calked ,way beyond what was expected The house was amazingly clean and ever detail was thought of .It was nice to arrive and have some cold pop ,mills for coffee snd all other thinks you need after after a long drive that you might have forgotten In conclusion the house and the host were so good we hale already rebooked
