This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the Sierra Star golf course with wooded views that will be the perfect backdrop for your next Mountain vacation. Enjoy cooking with friends and family in the full size kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and dining room that seats 6. The living room offers guests a large flat screen TV, with DVD Player as well as cozy gas fireplace, and sleeper sofa for additional guests. With a private deck and BBQ on this level, you can grill up or take in a sunset and watch the golfers go by. A private washer/dryer is also located in the home for your convenience, along with free WIFI. In this 3 story townhouse, the master suite on the top floor features a King bed with en-suite full bathroom and soaking tub, and flatscreen TV. The second and third bedrooms on the main level both feature a Queen bed with a shared full bathroom in the home. The Solstice complex offers two underground parking spaces in a shared garage (garage clearance is 7' 6"), with elevator access to the entrance of the property, outdoor year-roundcommunity hot tubs. This unit is not pet friendly, non-smoking, has 3 levels inside and sleeps up to 6 people. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great location to take advantage of Spring skiing

The unit was very comfortable for our party of 3 adults and 1 child for a weekend stay as it is very centrally located. The kitchen was well appointed with gourmet knives and appliances plus with the outdoor gas BBQ grill, it was easy to make meals and dine on the large dining room table. We loved the place and would stay there again.

Solstice 18

Been going to Mammoth for 30 years, stayed in a lot of rental properties and this was by far the nicest. Beautiful place. Everything works. Highly recommend it. 3 rooms perfect for 3 adult couples. Which is hard to find, as bunkers are the norm.

Easy and nice place to stay while at Mammoth

Everything was as advertised. Rooms were good size and kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Netflix was set up and ready to go which was nice. Basic bathroom amenties: bar of soap and very small shampoo/conditioner.

Amazing condo..but pricey

Such a great place to stay. Location was fantastic, underground parking a bonus as it was very heavy snow. It was a splurge but worth it for us. Pretty expensive but it was New Years week…

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 4 (3 adults and 1 child) had a great stay at this unit as it's got everything you need in the kitchen to cook a nice meal plus a gas BBQ on the deck! Centrally located to the ski slopes, markets and town so we would stay here again in the future.

Perfect ski trip house

Excellent location. Super clean and spacious for a small group. Great hot tub and views of the surrounding trees. Amazing beds and bedrooms. Notes: The fourth “bed” is actually the sofa (pull-out couch) in the living room. The WiFi connection is bad - so this is a great stay if you aren’t planning on using the internet for working or streaming. They have a great kitchen, dining table, and living room for cooking, games, and reading.

Perfect Lodgings!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was extremely clean, perfect for 3 couples, and loved the view from all of the large windows. In other complexes/units we have stayed in over the last 20 years I have often had to clean the dishes as are greasy, etc. Not this time! The snow was unbelievable as more fell while we were there but the walks and the drive out of the garage was kept clear. We will booking in complex again!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is great and in a convenient location. There were multiple issues with maintenance that prevented a fully enjoyable stay. 1) The main living room TV was not working. Was not able to access streaming services. 2) The fireplace in the main living room was not working3) The front door luck was very difficult to close and open when leaving. Mechanism seemed stuck. 4)The towel holders in all bathrooms were not working. 5)The heating component at the top of the stairs was not working.

Great - Except for Master Bathroom Toilet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You know there is an issue if a plunger sits right next to the Master bathroom toilet. Even a few pieces of toilet paper will cause a backup. The owner needs to spend a few bucks to buy a modern flushing toilet. You can't expect the guests to use the plugger each time there is a flush.

Comfortable and close to everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and comfortable with room enough for the 5 of us. It was a short drive to Canyon Lodge and the Village. Also, very close to the grocery store. The only problem I had was using the Hospitality App and readily finding information that I needed like code to access parking and building and check out time. Had to refer back to VRBO, my original booking site, where information is more user friendly and less complicated. The kitchen has everything in general that you need, like ample plates, glasses, cutlery, and pots and pans. However, pack your own food pantry basics if you cook, like oil, vinegar, and spices or pick them up at the grocery in town. Sometimes when you rent a property they have basics in the pantry, this property does not. Overall, the place was great, very clean, and comfortable during our stay.

Great place

We had a great time. The house is great and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The unit was very clean. We love Solstice and this unit was perfect :)
