This 1-bed, 1-bath Suncadia Lodge vacation rental condo is ideally located to suit your itinerary with hiking and biking trails on-site and skiing and lakes only a short drive away. Spend days by the heated community pool, soaking in the hot tub with river and mountain views, toasting s'mores at the firepits, or enjoying the resort amenities. The unit and the whole experience was great. The only possible improvements to the unit would be more lighting on the bathroom mirror for shaving, applying makeup, etc., hooks or rings to hang hand towels and washcloths by the bathroom sink, and a bar soap holder in the shower so the soap doesn't get slimy.

The perfect place!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location of the condo was perfect, nestled amongst the trees with glimpses of the mountains on both sides of the balcony. This condo was equipped with everything we needed and we loved the coziness of it. We made the best memories here, it was so special and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful weekend

Family recharge at Suncadia

Quick 3 day getaway. Just what we needed. Relaxing, comfortable, delicious variety of food in the restaurants, great golf. Lodge bartenders, Colin & Skawdy were great fun & knowledgeable. Looking forward to a repeat trip.

Perfect for the 3 of us

My son had a baseball tournament in Ellensburg and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of baseball. We would love to go back and have more time to take advantage of all the suncadia has to offer.

Beautiful setting and Condo

Everything just as stated, very clean and loved sitting on the balcony. No spices except salt and pepper so be sure to bring your own if you are cooking. The Lodge is beautiful and there are lots of walking paths to enjoy the view.

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay even though we didn't have access to all onsite facilities. There was a nice note from the owners and complimentary snacks. The cleanliness of the resort was questionable, but the room was clean and orderly. Very nice stay!

My birthday stay

Over all it was a nice place. Kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean. The only thing was the carpet. They need to replace there carpet. It was bunching up all through out the place and I trip over it a couple times. But other than that it was a very nice stay. Thank you

Perfect for a family!

This property was the most ideal place we could have picked for our vacation. It is fully loaded with all major appliances you will need, is fantastically clean and modern, has a bunch of kid-friendly amenities (we used the pack n play, games, stool, etc), and has an awesome view of the forest right outside the window. Check in was really easy, like a hotel and through the lodge front desk. The resort itself is amazing, and we had access to the pool areas and lounges without issues. The property manager answered all my text messages extremely quickly, even when I bothered her late at night (I asked beforehand if a crib was available, they actually have 2 pack n plays). The bathroom is huge, our daughter loved it, and we loved that the bedroom was separate from the living room so we could have some time alone while she slept. All in all a perfect stay for us, couldn't recommend the place more.

VERY DISAPPOINTING

The condo accomodations were nice except for the couch which was hard and uncomfortable. The fact that both restaurants were under rennovations at the same time was amazing. One elevator was out of service causing backups. The lobby area was just bleak and cold, Our overall impression is that the facility is no longer a top line property and is enjoying life off of it's earlier reputation when it was new. And yet for this "exceptional" facility, it and privately own condos don't have any problem charging full price. Very disappointing. This was our first and last time here.

As we shared in our pre-stay email, the Lodge is currently undergoing a renovation (to be completed later this spring), and thus the restaurants and other spaces in the main lobby were likely under construction during your stay and services may have been impacted. So disappointing.

I wanted this to work out so badly. It’s our girl’s’ favorite place to go and we surprised them this Christmas by making it happen. Our entire stay was frustrating to put it mildly. Upon our arrival our room had pots and pans that had food crusted on them, the bathroom had a dirty towel in it, there was no soap in the bathroom or kitchen, the washer and dryer weren’t opporational, and unbeknownst to us the pool and hot tub weren’t working. I hoped to be able to contact the owners to work this out, outside of a review (as the problems would have been really easy to fix) , unfortunately I was only able to get as far as their “manager” Shauna. I reached out to Shauna about the minor issues and she let me have it, telling me “ Well we can't control the guests who wash and put away dishes. I can have someone wash them for you if you'd like “ and in regards to the overall cleanliness of the room her response was “ Of course the room was cleaned and beds made for your stay. It's an extremely busy time of the year in extreme weather and we are all doing our best. Thank you for your grace. Let me know what I can do for you. ” I wasnt looking for anything other then to have my family in a clean room and for us to be able to use the amenities. I wouldn’t have spent as much money as we did to stay there had I known what I was going to be getting into. Unfortunately because this is a private unit within the lodge- Suncadia itself will not help with any concerns nor will they allow you to use the pool at the health and fitness center, should the pool at the resort be out of order. The entire trip was a bust. I don’t know who other owners have manage their properties but I would stay far away from this one. We also tried contacting Revolve who manages this property as well and never got a response. I wish I had read into the other reviews that had mentions cleaning issues etc.

From the owners: "Hi Anne, we'd like to extend our most sincere apologies that you had such a negative experience during your stay. We definitely will bring up the cleanliness and interaction issues with our onsite contact and work to resolve them for future guests. We (the owners) were not aware that you were encountering these issues, nor did we receive communication from Evolve regarding this, so we will be exploring ways to improve the communication with our guests moving forward to help reduce experiences as you had. Since your stay, we have replaced a new washer/dryer and microwave. Both of them are working well. Regarding the lodge pool and hot tub, we're sorry to hear that these were unavailable during your stay. Unfortunately, amenities are occasionally closed to deal with repairs or other issues, and we don't typically have insight into closures in advance, especially during inclement weather. As a privately owned unit in the lodge, we cannot grant access to the swim and fitness center but empathize with how this experience would have been particularly disappointing, especially when traveling with kids. While we cannot change your experience, please know that we appreciate that you've given us honest feedback so we can find ways to improve for future guests. Again, we are very sorry that you encountered these issues, and we hope that your next stay at Suncadia will be a more pleasant experience."

Amazing Stay at Suncadia

My family spent a few days at the resort and were extremely happy with the unit. It was clean, nicely appointed, had a full kitchen and laundry machines. Shauna, our contact for everything at the resort, was amazing. She was extremely accomodating and responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking.

suncadia stay

We had a great trip and beautiful resort and location, lots for the kiddos to do and staff was very accommodating, views were beautiful and food was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!
