Hollyford House is centrally located within The Vintage on Peppertree Drive and next door to Bimbadgen Estate, which is renowned for its concerts, weddings, Esca Dining and wine tasting. It’s perfectly positioned just 2km to the delights of Deasys Road’s Cellar Doors, including Blueberry Hill, Hart & Hunter, Degen, Keith Tulloch and Muse Kitchen. Wedding guests will also enjoy the convenience of getting ready for their special day so close to The Vintage Chapel, Hunter Valley Gardens, Calais Estate, Enzo and Petersons wedding venues.


With a focus on relaxation and elegant entertaining, Hollyford House’s spacious, central sitting room features cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace, designer furnishings and leads to an open-plan dining room and giant MasterChef kitchen, perfect for gathering over a cheese board and making cocktails. Fully equipped to meet all your needs, the kitchen includes dual dishwashers and ovens, as well as an undercover terrace with 6 grill hooded BBQ and outdoor lounges - all designed to make entertaining a breeze.

Dine inside on the stunning parquetry table, or step outside onto the covered terrace, perfect for brunch or long lunches in the sun, taking in the ambience of the garden. Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 12 guests from $1899 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 12 guests from $1425 per night (Monday-Thursday)
Infants under 2 years free of charge

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1500 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

CATERING and IN HOUSE CHEFS
All in-house chefs and caterers to Hollyford House are exclusively provided and managed by our partners Hunter Concierge on-site.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Please be advised that at the entry of The Vintage there is CCTV surveillance (4 in 1 infra-red Dome Camera and a Number Plate Recognition Camera). Please note that this is controlled and installed by The Vintage committee for security purposes for the whole Vintage estate.
