We are Gippsland Holidays, a family-owned short term accommodation business based in Paynesville, Victoria.
We manage Captain's Cove Luxury Apartments. Offering ten beautiful 🏚️ modern apartments for our beautiful guests to enjoy.
Our reception is located right next door to Captain's Cove Luxury apartments, catering for 'walk in' traffic and can cater for our guests at any time.

Our luxurious 10 apartments come with free undercover car parking and are conveniently located within walking distance to Paynesville restaurants and shops. Our apartments are new and beautifully appointed with modern touches. From luxury furniture, top of the range cooking appliances and 3 split system air conditioner/ heaters in each apartment. Each main bedroom has a king size bed with a TV in all main bedrooms. Every apartment has their own washing machine/dryer. FREE- WIFI and NETFLIX are available in all apartments. You have your own jetty to moor your boat.
All upstairs apartments have some water views with in-room Spa bath and a private balcony with electric BBQ to sit in comfort to watch the sun set. There are two bedrooms in each apartment. King bed in the master and either a queen bed or 2 single beds in the second bedroom. All ground floor apartments have a private terrace with a BBQ.
We offer kayaks (double & single, life jackets) for hire, along with push bikes (adult & kid’s sizes), tennis racquets/balls and fishing rods. We offer a high chair, Porta cot and children's strollers for hire.

So much to see and do in Paynesville and surrounding areas. Whether you're in for catching the free passenger ferry over to Raymond Island to spot the local koalas along the gum trees, or spot a kangaroo or echidna.
Would you like to take a bike ride or run along the local tracks, hit of golf at the nearby Bairnsdale golf club. Maybe it's a roll at the local Paynesville bowls Club.
Or you might just like to sit in our luxurious apartments with all the modern furniture, appliances at your hands.
So many delicious eateries down the main Street (walking distance) of Paynesville, overlooking the water.
Watch the boats sail past in the magnificent boating capital of Victoria.
Come and stay, enjoy the free indoor heated pool and play some tennis at the free to use tennis courts at our resort. Basketball and netball rings also free for all to enjoy.
