It's also conveniently located just 1 mile from Kings Lake Square shopping center (Publix grocery & local restaurants) & next door to a public bike trail.

This lovely vacation home provides a private outdoor screened lanai overlooking extra large heated pool w/incredibly private garden views, South facing pool view with maximum sun exposure for your poolside enjoyment.



Enjoy incredible privacy while watching outdoor TV from the inviting (covered) conversational seating area or dine al fresco at the 6 chair pool side dining table set.....or simply relax in the expansive pool & deck area.



You’ll also find a gas BBQ grill with extra propane tank for your poolside cooking pleasure.



There’s also plenty of room to relax in the poolside sun lounging area.



The property includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, & pool floats.



Subject to Owner approval, dogs are allowed that weigh less than 30lbs. There would be a $20/night pet fee and an additional $500 refundable security deposit.

Nice place to stay

This is a nice house with a really great screened in pool area. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. Needs a few small items fixed, but overall a nice place to stay.

What a great stay!!

This stay was great!! Everything you need, it’s there. We spent all our time on the lanai watching the tv, eating, and swimming in the heated pool! We couldn’t have asked for anything that would have made our stay better!

Family getaway

This house was perfect for a quick getaway with our teenage sons. It was spacious, clean fully stocked with amenities such as towels and beach chairs and about a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches and downtown restaurants.

Nice, clean & well appointed

Great stay in Naples! This house was very clean which is very important to me! Well appointed with almost anything you would need! We needed a pump for our bike tires and host replied and supplied what we needed immediately! Highly recommend for a family stay

Perfect family home

We had our family of 6 stay for 5 nights and it was perfect! Everyone had their own private space and the pool was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is safe and there’s sidewalks around a 2.6 mile loop. Perfect for morning walk or bike ride

Excellent Pool Area and kitchen

The property was well-appointed. Plenty of pool floats, beach chairs, bikes, and beach towels. Super-clean. Good layout. Close to downtown Naples. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive property manager. Would stay here again!

Great stay

From the time we arrived until checkout everything went smoothly. The house is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need to have a fun relaxing stay. We cooked most evenings and had everything we needed. Pool was fabulous. Coffee pot broke and house manager order a new one and had it delivered immediately. Highly recommend this property and plan to come back next year. Great location in Naples. Near the Naples beach and shopping. Thanks for a great vacation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The homeowner Tammy was amazing to work with! She’s communicative, respectful and flexible if she can be. The house is stocked with just about anything and everything you’d have at home. We loved making meals, cocktails & snacks in the large kitchen. This home leaves you with a warm modern homey feeling. It was the perfect spot that will hold lots of fun memories for our family.

Great house with a wonderful pool

Tammy & Neil were great to work with and were very responsive. The house was very comfortable & spacious, however for us the best feature was the larger pool for swimming. The house is outfitted with a nice supply of beach items & 2 adult cruiser bikes that we utilized several times during our stay. The house is located in a very nice East Naples neighborhood with easy access to several Publix grocery stores, along with fairly easy access to 5th Ave South & surrounding area.

This place was so nice. Huge pool, lots of outside seating, lots of space in the house to spread out. Beds are comfortable, 3 bathrooms. Do not hesitate, not one thing I would’ve changed! Ok ok if I have to say ONE thing, the pool floats, all of them, have holes. Just go to Walgreens and pick up a few for a couple bucks! And some plastic cups! Enjoy!

At Home in Naples

We really enjoyed our stay in the home we stayed in in Naples. The home was beautiful, comfortable and had lots of space for everyone to find a place to call their own. The back patio and pool were large and the temperature was nice and cozy. The beds were amazingly comfortable which is a huge plus for anyone with back or neck issues. We rode bikes, they had 3 and they had lots of pool and beach products to use for swimming and keeping your drinks cold. The furniture was comfy and cozy and the beautiful foliage around the pool gave total privacy to all of the back area of the home. The neighborhood was beautiful to ride bikes or to take a walk at night. If you want to feel at home in a beautiful setting this is definitely it! Thx, Dawn M.

Nice House

The home’s interior is large, spacious, newly painted, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is updated and fully equipped. The house layout is great with nice large common areas and private bedroom en suites. Many large screen TVs throughout. The pool is very large, heated and maintained. Its deck area and outdoor living screened lanai space is comfortable but could use some updating, better lighting and better cleaning. All amenities needed are provided. The home’s exterior and property is in need of some maintenance, cleanup and landscaping. The exterior sliding doors and bathtub sliding doors need some maintenance. The location is good, a nice neighborhood but somewhat busy street. Shopping, restaurants, golf, Everglades airboat rides and beautiful powder sand beaches are nearby as is the Naples Fifth Avenue attraction. The property manager is very responsive and accommodating making our stay enjoyable.

Top notch customer service

I’m currently renting a house in FL with the help of itrip. I couldn’t be happier! The house is beautiful and is so clean. Tammy at Itrip has been wonderful to work with. This is a great house for 3 couples or 3 friends that want to be in the same house but yet have their own space too. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. And all bedrooms have a tv.

Beautiful home in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is really beautiful and I'd say even exceeded the expectations the photos had set. It's a short drive to shopping on 5th Ave and the neighborhood was very safe and clean. Visited with my family for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. I interfaced with Tammy and she was always responsive. Would definitely come back!

Great Property / Great location!

Had the most amazing and relaxing stay at this property! Traveling with young children can be nerve wrecking but this newly renovated home is well appointed, immaculately clean, had enough room for us to comfortably spread out AND was close to everything! We used the pool every night and hit the beach everyday. It is a quick drive away, with gorgeous turquoise waters. My children especially enjoyed the warm, calm water and sea shelling. The Naples zoo and botanical garden where fun day trips in between beach days. There where plenty of shopping centers close by, perfect for for quick grocery/diaper runs. Fifth avenue was amazing for people watching, yummy restaurants and cute shops. The home itself was in a quiet gated community which was perfect for family walks. We are already planning our next stay at this gem of a property!
