Spacious home close to the beach

Was easy to work with the host before and after the stay. Lots of living room spaces for relaxing.

Great beach stay

We stayed here over January and had a great time. The house is extremely central, walking distance to beach and centre of town. House is great for large groups. It’s very well equipped with all you need. The communication with the host was great. Will hopefully stay here again.

Perfect location

We have stayed at 2 The Parade a few times. The house is fantastic for multiple families with the split living zones and games room. The location to the river, golf and bowls club, Main Street and beach is ideal for our needs.

Exceptional house with the most exceptional hosts!!!

Can’t rate this home and hosts high enough. This home is beautiful with the hosts thinking of everything you could possibly need to make your stay wonderful. We stayed here with our family for our daughter’s wedding. The hosts bent over backwards to make that special day less stressful by accommodating us on so many occasions. Thank you so much we’ll definitely be staying here again and again.

Great house for a large family holiday!

The house is open, airy, and an easy walk to the river, beach, shops, Golf Club, and Bowling Club. Having several living areas meant our large family could still have their own space when needed. We all enjoyed the games room (converted garage) and the large upstairs balcony to enjoy the breezes, BBQ, and fabulous sunsets! Pantry supplies were an added bonus. The hosts were very helpful and responded to any questions very quickly. Thank you Matt and John for a wonderful stay!

Excellent getaway in Ocean Grove

The property was exactly as described. Clean, modern and spacious. It easily accommodated our boys fishing trip (Party of 10) over the Queens Birthday Long weekend. The upstairs balcony was a great area for barbecuing and relaxing with a drink and admiring the river views, while the big screen TV was great for watching the footy (Go Tiges!!). Wi-Fi was also much appreciated (I even managed to catch up on some work during some quiet moments). The Check-in/Check out process was a breeze and communication with John was excellent (although unnecessary as there were no issues). Definitely recommend this property to any large group looking for a well equipped getaway. For many of our group it was their first time in Ocean Grove but won't be the last. We hope to return next year to do it all again.

Beach escape

Wonderful stay. Easy walk to river. 15 min walk to surf beach and shops. Great house with enough space for two families. Wonderful easy communication with owners. Will definitely be back again. Only suggestion is to upgrade kitchen pans and knives. Cooking was difficult.

Great place for a couple of families

Lots of separate spaces, large dinner table and plenty of lounge space, good location it’s a nice view for afternoon drinks. Great for a couple of families to enjoy together.
