Nice place ruined by neighbors

The property was great and clean, however our next door neighbors were intoxicated, screaming at each other all hours of the night. They destroyed the 3rd floor lobby by throwing pictures and dumping the trash can all over the floor. The lady was even arrested and escorted out of the premises by police

Well located, clean, great place

Apartment was great, clean and well organized, in a building that has a pizza place downstairs and a rooftop bar/patio. It doesn't have a kitchen, but otherwise is sokid. Great location, tons to walk to, including Passyunk Ave. We'll stay there again
