In the heart of the City of Brotherly Love! A half block off Broad St and South St, but a quiet and private building. New construction home in August 2019 with brand new everything. Walking distance from anything and everything you could want and need in Center City.

First floor living room has double 65 inch TVs, La-Z-Boy Couch and Rocking Chair

Kitchen has brand new everything including 43 inch TV, table, bar stools, chairs, bench and more

Downstairs has a living room with an 100 inch projector

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. The description says new construction. Does that mean under-construction? The floors are beautiful and there are plenty of tv's. I really appreciate the basic condiments, and the kitchen is nice though we did not cook here. The pictures are deceiving - games are in a bedroom. The common area seats 4. The walls are dirty, and we could not use the washer because it needs to be cleaned of mold. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfy. Noise level is also a factor. The upstairs bedrooms are quiet but in the downstairs, everything resonates. I would stay here again but these few items need to be addressed. The owner was quick to reply and very friendly.

Awesome property! Location was perfect, walking distance from parking, markets and downtown. We were very comfortable walking around the community. The house was just as displayed, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for the 5 of us. We were not able to use the patio due to busy schedule but will definitely give it a try next time. Matt was a gracious host. He provided all necessary details and answered any questions timely. Would highly recommend!

Matt was very responsive. He quickly replied to all messages and any questions that we had. The house was well kept and in a perfect location!! Would definitely keep this place in mind for the future

Amazing Stay!

Very comfortable stay! Close to the subway, and a quick walk to just about anything that you will need!Communication was top notch as well. If anything pops up, like a power outage that the city has, you will be contacted with updates ASAP.

This property was in a perfect location. Steps away from the train and lots of good restaurants and hangouts. Definitely enjoyed this artsy area of Philly. Matt was super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this stay for a trip to Philadelphia!

Great Stay for Our Family in South Philly

We stayed here with family and had plenty of space for everyone. The back patio was a highlight—perfect for relaxing together, especially with the brand-new, clean grill that made cooking outside easy and enjoyable. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.It’s clear the home gets a lot of use, especially being so close to the sports venues, so while it wasn’t in perfect condition, it was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, very walkable, and it was super easy to grab a Lyft when we needed one. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Great location! Can access public transportation, walk or ride share to most Philadelphia tourist locations. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of towels and extra blankets.

Philly weekend

We stayed in property with a group of friends. Perfect spot for us, parking garage a few blocks away, convenient to center city. Property manager was responsive to our minor issues and questions. Unit was clean and functional for what we needed. It was a quiet street and neighborhood even though it was close to Broad Street

Nice place in a great location that needs work

This could be a very nice place, but it needs work. It sleeps 8, but only seats 4 in the main room; some of the towels belong in the rag bin; there is no place to hang clothes in most of the bedrooms; Crave k-cups are probably the worst coffee I have had and there were only 3 coffee mugs. The location is very convenient and quiet.

Great Trip to Philly in Row House

This was a wonderfully located property in the heart of Philly. It had everything we needed for 2 couples and 2 kids. The teens got the basement bedrooms and the couples were upstairs. Every question we had, or issue was promptly resolved and handled. Plenty of TVs to use and the outdoor space was quiet in the morning. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful Philly experience!

Weekend in Philly

Great location to venture out and see City of Brotherly Love. Nice and clean, close to a lot, and near a good parking garage. I would stay here again on my next trip to Philadelphia.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

Not just giving 5 stars for no reason, every star is earned. Hosts live up to “The city of brotherly love” couldn’t be more gracious to an unexperienced travel. Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of city center. Easy walk to so many historic sites, great places to eat and less than a minute to the subway. Perfect house for small groups or families traveling to Philadelphia

“Ok” stay

The location of this house was the best thing! We had quite a few issues with the house, but host was responsive. When we checked in the 1/2 bath was locked and there was already no toilet paper in one of the other bathrooms. They did send someone to come and unlock the bathroom right away. At check in the dishwasher and dryer were full and we had to empty them. I didn’t pay to do what the cleaners didn’t do! We also ran out of dishwasher pods and garbage bags. There was only one of each. Overall not the best other than the location.
