This 960 square foot upper level 2-bedroom/1-bathroom vacation rental can accommodate up to six guests. There are TV's in both bedrooms. Enjoy the advantage of a full kitchen and private washer/dryer. Warm up by the gas fireplace and enjoy the great storage with a private garage. There are two community hot tubs on site and the Free City Bus is a short two blocks away.

Great Affordable Condo

This was a perfect spot for a ski trip with a couple friends. Affordable with comfortable beds, garage parking, and two pretty large community hot tubs. Pretty much everything we needed and at a good price. Would stay here again.

Excellent property for good price

I generally try to stay at the more affordable condos in Steamboat. Although this price point has changed in the last couple years, this condo was a great end unit townhome. No one above you or below you. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Steamboat Ski Trip

My friends and I had a great getaway at this property. The location was excellent for a ski trip and the place was well maintained. The only complaint we had was the furniture could be updated and the guest beds were very small. Thanks for the accommodations.

Comfortable -- So close to everything

Very simple to check in and out. Comfortable for our family of 5. Loved how close property was situated to ski area. Heated garaged was nice to have as the temperature was below zero some days/nights.

Comfortable space, convenient location

The Villas had a great location. We were located right on the bus stop and could walk to the slopes. Indoor garage was great. Fireplace, full kitchen, comfortable seating, nice balcony. Only downside was a rather weak internet connection.
