Set on 40 acres at the end of a country road in Kairi, Longhorn Lodges is the perfect place for your next getaway.

With only two lodges and the main house on the property, you'll enjoy the private and peaceful nature of this boutique farmstay.

The grassy paddocks are used exclusively for our prized Longhorn cattle and other farm animals (goats, sheep, pigs, pony, chickens).

We also provide a free animal food hamper with each booking, so you can feed all the different farm animals at your leisure!

With plenty to do and see, you can choose to make your stay as relaxing or as action-packed as you like.

A private fire pit and bag of fire wood are also included in your booking.

The two lodges, 'Wallaby Way' and 'Longhorn Lookout' are both situated in prime positions to take in the views of the property and enjoy a break from reality.

These two-bedroom cottages are cosy yet spacious enough for four people to enjoy. A private fire pit and bag of fire wood are sure to add to the experience.

With Longhorn cattle, goats, sheep, pigs, a miniature pony, chickens and guinea fowl, there is plenty to keep any animal-lover bursting with joy.

Whether you like to get up close and personal with the animals or prefer to watch them graze from the comfort of your verandah, there’s an option for everyone.

Featuring exposed timber battens, sloped ceilings and an inviting verandah, the lodges have a welcoming and homey feel.

Whether you’re visiting during the hot Summer months or cooler Winter period, the reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom will keep you feeling comfortable at all times.
