Situated in the East Beach area this Port Fairy home is the perfect retreat for enjoying life in the slow lane. There is room for multiple cars in front of the house so park up and head inside. Make sure you remember to enjoy the front deck, perfect for a morning coffee in the sunshine.
Step inside into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This warm and inviting space is light and airy. Snuggle up on the sofas and enjoy a movie at the end of a long day, or bring away those games that never see the light of day at home and battle it out into the night. Even better, arrange takeaway dinner from one of Port Fairy's many amazing restaurants which means no one has to worry about the cooking or clean up! In the winter light up the wood fire and enjoy the crackle of the flames as the sun sets outside.
The kitchen has plenty of counter space with 4 bar stools perfect for keeping the chef entertained while they cook and a dishwasher makes clean up a breeze. In the open plan area there is a split system for uses whether winter or summer.
Walk through to the three bedrooms, all with built in robes. The master Queen room offers plenty of space and a view onto the front decking. The second bedroom contains a set of bunks and a single bed and the third back bedroom also has a queen room. The bathroom has a walk in shower with a separate toilet.
There is a washing machine for your stay as you walk through to the work space if you absolutely have to do some! Here's where you will also find surf board storage and access to the back garden. There is a gated area at the back if you have little ones you want to keep enclosed. Otherwise this section of garden leads through to the side of the house. Here you will find outdoor bench seating around a fire pit and a outdoor hot water shower, the perfect way to end any day in Port Fairy!
Beach Break is a lovingly maintained home, perfect for surfing holidays, walks on the beach and time with family and friends.
