Located in the serene and picturesque West Village, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is the vacation rental you have been looking for.

The Space:
- Accessed at ground level
- Large garage to store your gear and park your vehicle
- Two additional dedicated parking spots in front of the townhome
- Spacious kitchen equipped with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes, plus essentials (spices, salt/pepper, coffee and tea)
- The main bedroom has an ensuite (bathtub) and walk-in wardrobe
- The second bedroom has a spacious closet
- A sofa bed with foam mattress topper
- Laundry room with washer and dryer for guest use
- Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, plus wifi
- Hot tub by Viking Spas, comfortable for five adults

The Location:
- Ski-in/out to the Burfield chairlift (2-minute walk)
- Amazing views of Mt Morrissey ski runs from the townhome patio
- Within Peaks West, Sun Peak's newest community
- Peaks West includes a deli, restaurant, pharmacy, and yoga studio
- 5-minute drive/20-minute walk to the Main Village
*To note, the Peaks West development is undergoing the final construction phase near the townhome.

Sun Peaks boasts Canada’s second-largest ski area with a whopping 4,270 acres of skiable terrain! Additional activities to explore include dog-sledding, ice-skating, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Getting Around
A free resort shuttle runs regularly during the winter season, stopping within steps of the townhome.

Fourteen years ago we became engaged on this mountain and have held Sun Peaks in our hearts ever since. We are in love with the many activities available at this resort and are excited to share this gem with you.

Wonderful family ski holiday

Our family of five had a perfect stay. The place was just the right amount of room, and well stocked as a home away from home. Ski in/out from the Burfield chair worked great! We highly recommend this property for your family holiday.

Wonderful 3 Bedroom Getaway

A wonderful stay with gal pals to do hiking up in the sub alpine!We actually enjoyed not being right i the Village, but maybe a 2 minute drive away or less.Hosts were very responsive with the few inquiries we had.Stop looking any further if you need this amount of space!!

Great Place!

We had an amazing time at this VRBO! The place was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is fantastic — close to everything we needed, with the Ohana Market just down the street, which was a great local spot for food and essentials.You can really tell the owners care about the property and the guest experience — all the little details were thoughtfully taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained place to stay.

Comfortable stay in a fun place

Our family fully enjoyed our stay at your condo in Sun Peaks. We biked hard and slept well in the clean comfortable beds. The condo was well stocked without being cluttered. We would stay again.

Fantastic stay

Beautiful townhome with comfortable beds and all amenities that you may need. The view from the hot tub is so gorgeous and the location is a two minute drive to the village. Highly recommend. I will stay here again for sure!

Place was clean and had lovely snacks waiting for us. Was further from Kamloops than we realized (our fault obviously) but we didn’t mind the drive as it was so lovely when we got there

A great home away from home

Great summer stay

Visited Sunpeaks with my partner, two children, and dad. We came for a combination of golfing and mountain biking. The townhome was well appointed and very clean. Beautiful views from the hot tub and tons of space in the garage for vehicles and bikes! Would absolutely stay again!

Birthday weekend at sun peaks

Myself and 4 girlfriends celebrated my birthday at sun peaks. Check in was seamless, the townhouse had three parking spaces available. The place was very clean and very comfortable. Ski in/ski out of burfield chair lift. Hot tub was a nice way to end the day!

Quick walk to the Burf perfect layout!

Our family of 5 loved everything about the ease, cleanliness, and location. Hosts were responsive and kind. We loved the space and the layout for our family. If you want a quieter stay -- this is an 2min walk to the Burf, great neighborhood vibe, fun local establishments (our kids loved axe throwing), and the trail to the village was a wonderful winter walk. Great location!

Great location, would stay again. Having three bedrooms was nice for our group. Quick walk to the burfield chairlift and then quick access back on the ski out. Hot tub is a must for long ski days, someone came daily to make sure chemicals were balanced. Good essentials stocked for guests in terms of condiments and cooking equipment!

Lovely townhouse

Lovely townhouse, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and nicely set up for a ski family. Owner was also very quick and responsive to questions. The only slight downside is the location. The Burfield chair is a long cat track away from the rest of the mountain, so skiing-in for a snowboarder and younger kids is not the easiest.
