The home was modest but very clean and had everything we needed! The host was one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. She was friendly, attentive to our needs and even left a welcome pack of wine and chocolates for us! Our fur baby felt so relaxed in this home away from home! The best feature of this property is its location. We could walk to the beach and the shops were just across the road!

Amazing location, great house!

Our family, including the fur baby, really loved our holiday here! Vincentia is such a beautiful location and the proximity to amazing beaches and shops this property has is unbeatable for the very reasonable prices. Thanks so much for having us and when we're next down in Jervis Bay we'll be staying here again!

Great stay near a wonderful beach

Lovely house, well stocked and good location. Owner is lovely and very welcoming. Everyone had a lovely time including our furry family member.

A lovely stay with friends- property has everything that you’ll need or think you’ll need! We could walk everywhere and it was clean and tidy.

Lovely short stay

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a great property which has easy access to the shops, games to play, a back yard for the kids and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy walk to the beach. Host is very welcoming.

Central and pets love it!

Great spot in Vincentia just across the road from the local shopping centre. The backyard is perfect for dogs. The owners are lovely and communicative. Happy to help.

Excellent location close to beach, shops, welcoming host

Clean & tidy. 2 mins walk to beach, cycling path, opposite shops, midpoint between Huskisson and Hyams Beach. Welcoming host with complementary wine, chocolates and supply in pantry. Well equipped kitchen. Fenced backyard. Good wifi, netflix, air con/heater, ceiling fans. Would be perfect if there is a combo washer/dryer, as laundry remained wet, even if hanged on clothes racks when it rains. Would recommend this place to others.

Fantastic property, great location!

We can't say enough good things about this property! The location is absolutely perfect- so close to the most gorgeous beach and bike/walking path, and total convenience of being close to the shops to pick up items for dinner. The owner left the most thoughtful welcome package of wine, apples, chips and chocolate... we knew we were in good hands right away. I don't think I've ever been in a more well appointed rental. Everything we needed from olive oil, to spices, to cleaning supplies, to milk in the fridge (plus a few extras-- cereal, nut butter, rice etc.-- she just had absolutely everything at our fingertips, which makes the trip so much more pleasant and easy (not having to buy full size items for a 5 day trip). The layout of the house was great for our family group of myself, my partner and our two little boys, along with my older parents. We each had plenty of room, and space to spread out. The kids could play in the living room while grandma slept in :) It was a fantastic holiday and this property made it so great!

Nice & clean

Stayed over Xmas period. Property was clean and well stocked with towels and linen. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Electric stove was new and powerful. Dishwasher was handy but no clothes dryer made it difficult to dry laundry in bad weather.
