The house was so welcoming and clean. It felt like home away from home. It had excellent laundry and kitchen facilities. Ideal for families with children, there were plenty of games to play and room to rest.

Warren Way

Had a great stay, the house was really spacious, beds were comfortable and felt very homey. The fences were not high, if you had a jumpy dog it could have easily got over.

The location was great and the house had all you need. Areas of improvement are:The outdoor area, very rund down and looks like an abandoned house.Dust everywhere in the house, looks like the cleaners just wipe around things whitout checking the top of the fridge, shelves, tv cabinet.Other than that good place for a short stay

Comfortable and clean.

The house is very clean, everything provided for a comfortable stay. Felt very homely.Thoughtful touches - board games, hand wash and laundry powder. The only small thing we might find a negative was the outdoor area was lacking anything green a bit barren and not inviting on a warm day. Actual patio was ok with large fridge. This would not put us off revisiting in the future. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Wallaby Exmouth

Pros - location was good, laundry was a great size for drying wetsuits etc. Table was generous and fridge space was generous. Great hot water for showers. Cons - Beds were small singles and only doubles. Matresses were very hard. Oven was very small to cook for a family considering sleeps 6. Laundry needs a bench top

Not overly impressed

The stay was ok, beds were really hard and uncomfortable aircon leaked and was incredibly noisy in one of the rooms, They billed me for a broken sprinkler when I’ve got videos of it already broken when we arrived and apparently there was oil in the bin so was charged to clean that too, bins were on the street the entire time which we only filled with rubbish! Wouldn’t stay there again!!

Regrettably, the lines of communication have somehow been lost between both parties. We would have welcomed feedback on any items that you thought were amiss at the property (beds and air condition). We reached out to you after your stay, but unfortunately never had any response from you regarding our items of concern. We could therefore only rightly presume that they were of your doing. Please feel free to contact us anytime to discuss. As we have only had great reviews at Wallaby from other guests, we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.
