- The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and kayak rentals are available with an on-site fee. The daily pass for pool use is $20/person, children 2 years of age and younger are free

Maggio vacation!

First and foremost, Vince was an unbelievable host. He kept in contact with us the whole week we were there, making sure everything was great. Secondly, the Emerald cabin was amazing. It was fully stocked with everything you needed, and all the firewood possible. The Cabin had everything, especially for the kids. I 100% recommend going and we cannot wait to get back there.!!!!

Always Awesome

Once again our stay at Emerald Lodge was absolute perfection. This was our fifth trip back in 4 years and we actually have plans to return this Fall. Its the perfect escape for a family and this time I went with a group of my old college buddies and boy did we just have the most amazing time ever. We spent the days hanging outside grilling by the firepit and visiting the lake and just catching up. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you would need. The owners do a great job of leaving the "extras" like paper towels, TP, plenty of cookware and utensils etc. We all honestly cannot wait to come back. Thanks again Vinny for making this place our home away from home!

Best experience ever

I could write a book about this place but to sum it up, SPECTACULAR! It is by far the best place my friends and family have ever locked in. We had 12 guests (the maximum allowed) and we had 5 visitors one day. They did not stay because we wanted to follow the house rules but oh boy was there plenty of room for them. The hot tub is new and amazing and clean. The staff is great to deal with. My friend knows the owner and put us onto this place and I think we will be back every single year. My kids cannot wait to return to Emerald Lodge. It truly is a place you have to visit. The kitchen was set up to perfection with all new pots and pans the grill was great. The game room amazing. We went to the lake it was top notch. My only regret was not staying more days we ran out of time to do it all. Anyway I recommend this to anyone. Family. Friends. Travelers. It’s a hidden gem!

Just like home

Stayed here with 3 families (5 adults and 5 kids) and we enjoyed it SO much! The space is so comfortable and welcoming. The basement (ground floor) is an incredible space for kids to have their own place to hang. The house comes with a lot of stuff. We were even able to set up a fancier dinner party with all the matching bowls and dishes and nice copper mugs and cups. The bedrooms were spacious, and each had its own closet. Plenty of blankets to go around. Note there are 2 queens, 3 fulls, and 5 twins. We rented our linens and it was so easy. Kitchen is great. Lots of pots and pans. Hot tub and fire pit deck are so fun for everyone. Such a cool space. And the horseshoe set up is amazing as well.The wrap-around deck is the best place to hang and have your morning coffee. So many nice touches in this house. The only note is that the mattresses are very firm, and the pillows aren't the greatest, but we brought our own. The neighborhood is quiet and great for a 3-mile loop walk. Lake and beach are less than 10 mins away and quiet and beautiful. Make sure you get activity badges to use those. The owner is SO helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend this place!

Best Cabin Experience

We made this reservation a while back and everyone was so excited for our stay. The communication with vinny from start to finish was perfect. He sent us a welcome packet with great description to help us prepare for the stay. The cabin was spotless! The place smells amazing! The beds and rooms were cozy and so comfortable. We celebrated several events there including an engagement and an anniversary. Everyone had the best time ever and we look forward to returning to the cabin in the very near future. The only thing i would suggest to anyone is to book ahead! the place is super desirable therefor leaving most days unavailable. Its almost always booked 3-4 months out from what we see on the calendar. Once youre there its the best experience ever.

Perfection On the Lakes

Overall this cabin NEVER disappoints. It has everything you could ever want. It’s secluded and just a quick bike ride or drive to the lakes. Which are amazing. I’ve been here 3 times now and each time has gotten better and better. Vinnie is the best host ever. He always make sure that my family has an ideal stay and he is so accommodating and friendly. The property is always found in perfect condition. It’s a mini vacation that we look forward to now every year. You have to see it to believe it. It’s everything you would hope for in a log home. We already booked our fourth trip for early 2026!

Emerald Cabin was Great

We had a great family gathering at Emerald Cabin. My friends had stayed here years ago and recommended it to us and we just never had the chance to go yet are so grateful we made it this year. All of my kids and grandkids were able to attend. We spent so much time on the property the kids played cornhole and darts, video games, pinball, they even explored the many acres of wooded land. We had a great encounter with an awesome bear and had great videos. We went to a lot of local attractions and fortunate for us the weather was absolutely amazing. Kudos to the team who maintains this place. It has the feel of a 5 star hotel. We were a party of 12 people (the legal limit) but it could easily fit 18 or more! Dont miss out on this gem of cabin. I was even able to get work done on saturday the wifi is as advertised and has great speed. The cabin even offers cable tv! Ill will return!

A Host

This was our family’s 2nd stay at Emerald Cabin and it did not disappoint-the house is spacious, clean and has everything and anything you would want or need for a winter getaway! The basement is amazing for kids and teens with a pellet stove , games and video games . Emerald Cabin is super close to all skiing , tubing and ATVS rentals. We also took advantage of their rec. center this visit that has a huge indoor pool , sauna and game rooms. Vinny is an A host and was constantly checking in and helpful with any questions. Enjoyable

My experience was enjoyable. We had a group of 12 go because that is the max allowed by the town and the owners but let me tell you it’s so huge can fit many more like 6 more. Home very clean and safe for kids and smells great and lot of dishes in kitchen. The grill is nice. The hot tub is nice. We had very bad icy weather and the owner man came to salt and put down gravel to help us. I was there 5 night long very nice each night. Warm and cozy. Wide and friends love it too. Can’t wait to get back Vinny is amazing with helping people perfect time.

Fun time

Fun time at the Emerald Cabin. Host is accommodating. It snowed a couple times during stay and the plows and snowblowers were out and about cleaning before we even asked. They even salted all the areas promptly. The cabin is a 10/10 amazing place to stay. We enjoyed the Super Bowl game on the cable tv. We can’t wait to go back.

New Years Eve spent at Emerald Cabin

No better place to bring in the New Year than at Emerald Cabin. If you haven’t been here yet then book now. This was my family’s third trip and it’s definitelyBecome and annual tradition. The place is clean and so perfectly decorated. The greatest thing is every year we return it’s actually better! Some rentals get worn down but Emerald Cabin just gets better. This year there is a new hot tub that was a huge hit with my family! Also the rack for firewood is new and covered and stocked with quality wood to burn. I can’t say enough about my time spent here. The holiday was perfect and I amBooking my next trip back in a few weeks.

SPECTACULAR

If you’re looking for the perfect cabin retreat look no further than emerald cabin in long pond pa! The place has mountain vibes all day long. The property is huge and private. The home is ornate and secluded and has so much for everyone to keep busy. Saturday was inclement weather but we made the most of it. There is pinball and foosball for the kids. They also have cornhole, horseshoes and more! We had a bunch of kids to keep busy and everyone had an absolutely memorable time here. We are already planning our next trip back. My hat goes off to the staff and crew that keep this property in this condition! We Love Emerald!

This cabin is absolute perfection. I took 3 of my four kids and their friends for a weekend escape that none of us will ever forget. The cabin is easy to get to and it’s on top of this small mountain that just breathes cabin in woods. It’s exactly what you would want and more. Don’t miss out!

Perfect Escape!

We absolutely love this place! So cute and the brand new hot tub was perfect! Communication is fantastic and there are instructions for everything. I definitely look forward to returning with other members of our family and experiencing this lovely cabin during the ski season and/or summer. We definitely wish we could’ve stayed longer!
