Main floor living in a spacious new view property. Finished in popular colours and fitted with zinc counters throughout. 10 minutes walk to many amenities while enjoying the peace and quiet of life Merritt style! Lounge on the front porch and take in the views across the valley or shelter on the back deck in the shade and complete privacy.
Property is new with forced air heat, air conditioning and HRV system. Windows and doors stay closed to maintain clean air quality. We strive to offer a ‘clean air’ home free of allergens. Windows and doors are kept closed and specifically ‘No pets allowed’. No exceptions! $500 fine as the dander removal and vent cleaning is expensive.
Home is very comfortable with lots of gathering space and sitting areas. Dining for 8.
Parking for 2 in the driveway with more on the street.

Went to bed around 11.30pm and the bed sheets had very bad body odour and middle of the night I had to change the bed sheets and pillow case. After so many hours of drive i expected to go to bed peacefully but had to change everything middle of the night

Great place to stay

House was very clean, HVAC system had zero issue keeping home cool during 38 degree temperatures over the weekend we were there. No hot tub or grill but that's not the end of the world, would just change description as it was a bit of a let down. Comfortable beds and couches, home was great for entertaining and very open floor layout. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Nigel was helpful when we needed information. Check-in and check-out process was seamless. Very nice, quiet neighbourhood in Merritt.

There was no hot tub There was no barbecue The house was dirt The beds were stinky and we have to wash the bed sheets ourselves. The stove and fridge was dirty The pots and pans were dirty left in the dishwasher Internet was difficult as the host could not remember the password
