Adamsville Acres - Tolmie

Adamsville Acres design allows the natural light to fill the home and its the perfect setting to sit back and enjoy the fantastic open views of the High Country.

With open plan living, dining, kitchen areas and spacious back verandah, this home makes it feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of city living (yet its only a 2hr drive from Melbourne).

In the cooler months, you can sit around the outdoor fire pit staring up out the amazing array of stars that can only be seen in the country away from the city lights or snuggle up inside watching a movie or reading a good book in front of the inside wood fire. All bedrooms have panel wall heaters keeping warm comfort during those cold winter nights.

Its also only 30min to the entry gates of Mt Buller for those who ski.

In summer, spend the day on Lake Eildon with the closest boat ramp only 20mins away or relax at the property; plenty of wildlife to spot and there are so many views to see.

Spend your time walking around or just sit on the veranda and watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Due to the great property location, you can go fishing, boating, skiing, bush walking, cycling, mountain biking, motorbike riding and horse riding, all within a short drive from the property.

A perfect place for some time away.

NB: Sheds/Garages are not accessible to guests.

Excellent place to stay, clean with all necessities. We were sad to leave but are already planning on returning next year.Plenty of room for a big family, beautiful sceneries to enjoy from the deck - which was very relaxing, and watching the resident wombat forage every afternoon was the highlight. The owners were very accommodating, and lovely to communicate with. Thanks for having us, can’t wait to come back.

Unique customer service experience

We have just spent a wonderful weekend in Mansfield as a group of 6 adults and 3 children thanks to Leith. The original house that we booked was gorgeous but unfortunately on the afternoon that we arrived there was a storm that cut power and water to the property. A phone call to Leith gave us options and we were very promptly relocated to an alternate property that met all our needs very well. At all times, Leith was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Her attention to detail and communication style were both exceptional. I would highly recommend booking with Mansfield Holiday Letting for a unique customer service experience. Thanks Leith.

Beautiful property

Loved staying at this property. Had everything we needed. Games kept the kids entertained. It was also great watching the kangaroos jumping across the property. Would definitely stay there again and would also recommend it to others

Lovely Stay

Return stay to this house, love the location, the house and what it offers. Only recommendation would be to review the location map on line as what the location states is different and our friends got lost.

Fantastic house and property

We had a perfect stay at Adamsville Acres. The house and property were in immaculate condition and very welcoming. We spent four lazy and cosy days, and it suited grandparents, parents and kids. Tolmie is conveniently located for trips to Power Outlook, King Valley, Mt Buller, Mount Samaria, Lake Eildon etc. Will visit again.

Fantastic place with all what you need

This is a great place to stay with all the amenities provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our family trip to Mr. Buller by staying here overnights. This was definitely a great place to relax while watching Kangaroos and wambats. Thank you so much.

Perfect winter getaway in the Victoria Highlands

If you are looking for a four bedroom home that is located in a prime location within 30 min drive of Mansfield than this is the house for you. Perfect for a group of friends or family, modern facilities with every extra you can think off (including phone charging cords in each bedroom at sides of bed), indoor and outdoor fires, very modern kitchen, outside table for meals (which we even used in winter for breakfast), very tranquil and relaxing outlook. Highly recommend.

Great family stay

The house is lovely with everything needed for a small family group. Two of the bedrooms have ensuites and there is a separate main bathroom as well. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The deck is perfect to enjoy the surrounding country views. The house is kept very clean. Highly recommended.
