The Space:
While staying at our high-rise 3BR Luxury Apartment, you’ll be treated to gorgeous ocean views and private relaxation areas.

Our apartment is located at the most prestigious building in El Laguito, recognized for all the activities it offers, beach access, gym, swimming pool, and jacuzzi.

On warm afternoons, go for a dip in the pool, and enjoy its surrounding deck with lounge chairs and tropical views that overlook the sea.

Step into the living room, it opens up to the balcony, perfectly blending the comforts of indoor and outdoor living. The decor is a mix of classy and contemporary styles with plush sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. You’ll also find extra gadgets like a dishwasher and a coffee machine.

The beaches at Laguito are known for their variety of water sports. Sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, and surfing are popular on its beaches. If you prefer something more relaxed like taking in some sun on the sand, the nearest one is just 1 minute away.

- Standard Check-in is at 15:00 pm and Check-out is at 12:00 pm
- Early Check-in/Late Check-out can be provided upon request and will be granted based on availability
- Return keys to the front desk at the time of check-out - failure to do so will result in a key replacement charge of USD 30
